it doesn’t matter which university she graduated from, but the fact is that vegetarian protein can be made complete protein by certain combinations and the amount of protein is different for different activities and lifestyles. The fault is that you can’t club it all into a few seconds reel but you have to make an elaborate detailed explanation as per Allopathy & ayurvedic principles. Even in Ayurveda, the suggestion is that to eat food consciously as per different lifestyles, non veg is used few times to cure certain conditions in charaka samhita, i agree that vegetarian whole foods are best for general everyday life for most people but stop making food into a philosophy. You cannot prescribe same thing to everyone.

This information is not at all true.. No doctor would recommend this kind of diet plans to anyone.. My mother who is a Rheumatoid arthritis patient blindly followed your Satvik routine (in some of their old videos they have openly claimed to cure any kind of ailments and improve a person's overall health) and due to less protein intake her weight reduced drastically, instead of improvement her health condition worsened. She lost a lot of weight and now it's been 6-7 months, still we're struggling to make her gain weight. Please everyone, DON'T follow this channel blindly. I myself am an example! I didn't eat meat for 10-11 months and increased the consumption of leafy vegetables, curd and lentils to supplement the decreased consumption of meat for protein, it works and is better. Why? As a medical student,I have studied that animal sources are the major source of 7 essential amino acids & vitamin B12 only can be found in animal sources.... Excess protein intake is quite rare comparing with the protein deficiency....so study more accurately
vitamin B12 can be made by your gut if the good gut bacteria/ microbes are sufficient, and grain + legumes / seeds + legumes can become complete protein with “9” essential amino acids which our body can’t make enough (Soy & peas are complete protein exceptions). On the anti nutrients part you are wrong , no one is consuming raw lagumes. Cooking and soaking lagumes reduces the anti nutrients count significantly to a point that it doesn’t even matter. Also no one is consuming just daal or just rice , they are eaten together for some reason , the bioavailability is lower in plant protein but if you are taking good amount of protein then the source of protein doesn’t matter. Fact- -- When you use info from research papers, you don't just highlight 2-3 lines from introduction and discussion sections, you read the methodology they used, the limitations of the study, population etc, is the paper published in high impacting journal or the research is published in peer-reviewed journal. Lastly, you need scientists who are trained in science communication to make such reels , because you might miss points in which you are not trained for. Nutritionist advice : plant source of protein contain many Antinutrients too. Also they are not biologically complete source of protein consuming too much legumes and daal can cause many digestion issues.. It's okay if people is being vegetarian but saying that complete vegetarian diet is the best nooo... ❤😇
On the anti nutrients part you are wrong , no one is consuming raw lagumes. Cooking and soaking lagumes reduces the anti nutrients count significantly to a point that it doesn’t even matter. Also no one is consuming just daal or just rice , they are eaten together for some reason , the bioavailability is lower in plant protein but if you are taking good amount of protein then the source of protein doesn’t matter. You need to study more.

Fact- -- When you use info from research papers, you don't just highlight 2-3 lines from introduction and discussion sections, you read the methodology they used, the limitations of the study, population etc, is the paper published in high impacting journal or the research is published in peer-reviewed journal.
Lastly, you need scientists who are trained in science communication to make such reels , because you might miss points in which you are not trained for. In conclusion, when you have a large following of people these types of reel information can be misleading, because 90% of the population following will not open the research paper and sometimes don't even have the intellect to read those.
