That’s not 3 cloves of garlic that’s like 3 whole bulbs of garlic.
I love Tteokbokki & the texture of rice cakes is just fantastic 🤤
thanks! i had an instant version of this without the fish cake and wanted to make it myself, but i wasnt sure if it really was as easy as adding some garlic to soy sauce 😂
Thank you for your recipes. It is easy to follow and its really delicious.
🤤 I'm gonna try this for tomorrow's lunch!

Not yet, but i have PAJEON :)
deliciousLee with Ara yah i watched it already!!:)
Who's here because of Junkyu? 🤣😂
I completely missed the Tagalog part, but the recipe looks good enough... you know it's Philippines because of the huge amount of garlic... I miss tteok.... so hard to get here in Colombia
I would like to see that recipe for the flour tteok... I am guessing wheat flour... ? perhaps.. or normal rice flour, it's impossible to get glutinous rice here, lol
Can I make this the night before I serve it? For example can I make after dinner so I can bring to a party the following day? I have never worked with rice cakes and wonder if texture or characteristics will change if made early.
Rice cakes can get soggy so it is best recommended to cook it and consume within the day
@@deliciousLeewithAra thank you very much. This info is very helpful. Have a great day.
New Video please huhu
That's a lot of garlic for 3 cloves. Did you mean 3 whole bulbs of garlic? Thanks.
Yes 🙃 but u can always adjust! The garlic i used were small ones 🧄
New video please 🙏
Can this be used as a Korean side dish (banchans)
Its possible, although banchan are mostly vegetables and/or proteins, and less of carbs
@@deliciousLeewithAra lol anything is a side dish in our home lol. Btw is it 3 individual cloves of garlic or 3 bulbs? It looked like a lot for 3 cloves.
San po nabibili yn rice cake
Korean groceries 😉
San po b nabibili yn rice cake
Mostly in Korean groceries 👍
Is this a filipino inspired Korean dish or an actual Korean dish? We don’t like spice so I like this recipe. What can I use in place of fish cakes? Can I use ground beef or mushrooms instead?
It is actual korean dish :)
For soy tteokbokki u may not use fish cake; or replace with kikiam if u want 😉
@@deliciousLeewithAra thank you. What is kikiam?
Oh the similar fish cake version found in philippines :) well whatever u prefer u can use actually
"i'm gonna add 2 shots of vodka"
Are you sure that is leek? It looks like spring onion
