Do you see the flickering noise, especially at 0:26 ? This is due to Blender's De-noiser. In-order to prevent this from happening what you can do is, render the sequence in high Samples without de-noising. Once all the frames are rendered, you can run the sequence through a denoiser inside of Blender's compositor or any other Denoiser like in Da-Vinci.
To add more realism to Lighting, You can look for a better emission shader for the lights themselves. Guaranteed this would make it much more realistic. You can find the Light emission shaders on Blender Kit

What an awesome short film, 99/100, the only thing that seems a little bit off to my eyes is at 0:11, where the cart start its movement too fast, different from the car at 0:05, that start its movement slowly and gradually increases its velocity, awesome cameras, beautiful sound design an photorealism, congrats on the work ;)
you should have mad the accelerating scene more interesting and also add better sound effects and music

Very good job! My only criticism would be that the cart started moving suddenly...I would've like the cart to jolt forward and I think bezier curves would have suited it much better...other than that, keep going!...Your atmosphere, mood and lighting is awesome!
