I will love it when you start teaching about vehicles and tanks. I always get confused by their rules. And even reading and rereading I still don't understand how it works so well.
I wouldn't hold your breath, there's a lot to cover there and I believe he's only covering Starter Kit 1, so no vehicles or ordinance. However there a some good tutorials on youtube out there that cover this but may require a little searching
Hey Ben - I have been playing the original Squad Leader since college and then dropped the game in some closet. Now that I am starting to play the online Advanced Squad Leader (VASL) these videos are super duper in getting the ideas straight once and for all. Many other online videos jump around when explaining a single subject, making the understanding not easy. Keep up the good work. Sure hope you cover many of the somewhat complex rules.

It's listed as a Preview, but did do a rules breakdown for the Race to Moscow prototype I received from the publisher. I'm not sure how much the prototype changed from the final game (I'm guessing not that much...), but it should help you get started nonetheless. I'm going to check that out after the 50 other of your videos I have to watch 🙂 The game Unconditional Surrender is a large hex and counter style war game, but I would love to see a video about that on the channel, cuz it seems the videos that get the most views are WW2 style games. The rules are a 50 page PDF, but I am about halfway through, and have the benifit of playing another similar style game, so even if I just write then send you the script, would you be up for adding animations and posting that for others to enjoy?
