Optimum and Devyn posting on same day is just pure bliss.
Exactly my thoughts
Devyn copy's video Optimum style BIG Time, this ain't hate tho, it's very smart.
@@tomfreyberg7020 yeah it's also a little different content and ideas and just gives me more videos to watch, lol
Fr 2 of my favorite CZcamsrs posting same day is so good
both of them are in different league.
This is ITX perfection imho... all that power under 60º without custom cooling and in that little volume is truly impressive
How the radiator is below the pump? Do you understand how to build a proper PC 😂
@@hashmaticmining5589dumb comment lmao, the top of the radiator is still above the pump lol
@@hashmaticmining5589Do you understand how to write/type a proper sentence?
No but I do know how to properly build a PC though. You can give me English lessons and I'll teach you how to properly do things on the PC side.....deal? @@MitchellTheMitch
@@hashmaticmining5589 it does look about an inch or so to high, the case does support a 280 which would have clear the highest point to a better place than the 240 chosen. Still not great but much better.
Your channel has rapidly become my all time reference for SFF builds. Those tiny boxes are just perfect. Very informative and enjoyable to watch.
In a world where most of the time pc builders are just building gaming pc, Building a productivity pc is really helpful to figure out how much power we actually need for productivity tasks. It is much different from gaming requirements and thus creates these confusions around picking up the parts. Really helpful Build. ✨
I like the way you described the small issues you ran into and your workarounds 👍🏽
This is the first video I've seen of yours and I LOVE the way you use light in this video. Awesome cinematography.
Man that keyboard sounded so smooth at the end, I was surprised to see it was the same one in my Amazon cart! Don't know how you popped up on my feed, but I'm glad you did, I want to go with the Meshroom D w/ Extender Bracket custom loop. Love the camera work, just subbed and looking forward to watching your past builds! Cheers mate!!
I'm going to keep saying it, your cable management is a thing of beauty.
For future build videos it would be great to see a cost summary of the build at the time that you did it.
Of course, price changes overtime, however, it would be insightful to see a segment addressing how much it cost at the time of the build and also compared to other options that are around the same total price (or even cheaper alternatives/suggestions). 😊
I love these aesthetic workstations 👌👌
beautiful and clean build. I like a thick ITX
yes, productivity builds are great! This encapsulated what I really wanted in my next computer perfectly.
Absolutely, more Productivity + Gaming PC build videos like this would be amazing! As a fellow architecture designer, 3D modeler, and gamer, I've been researching parts to build my first custom PC. But most build guides out there are focused solely on gaming performance, so it's hard to know if those same specs would be ideal for my mixed-use case.
This video was super helpful and informative. I'm seriously considering following this exact parts list for my build! The only changes I might make are going with a different case that fits my personal style a bit more, and possibly swapping the RTX 4090 for a 4080 Super instead, just to bring the total cost down a little. Do you think all the other components you chose would still be compatible with a 4080 Super GPU?
Seriously, thanks so much for putting this guide together with us productivity power users in mind. More content like this would be incredibly valuable and much appreciated! You've got at least one new subscriber here. Keep up the awesome work!
This is Next level , performance wise and visually, you should the feet to white ones 'and that's the build complete' 😉
Im building the lunchbox 2 build because of you! Im putting in a 6700xt and 12600k and im gonna try to fit a atx psu too
Wow! Awesome buila, I also like the extra storage component 👍👍
I couldn’t imagine being able to build this. I had a hard time with the new Corsair 2500X case that came out a bit ago. It’s technically a mid tower case! It’s small form factor though. But having a project zero motherboard where all the cables are on the back made it so hard to do for me to manage all of it. The skill and patience you have is commendable.
❤🎉itx and 4090! Definitely doing this build, gaming and productivity as as well
i've been watching, studying and measuring how do i make small itx pc that i can bring anywhere, because i really want to go outside country to continue study, thank you for making video like this

That's a pretty & satisfying build.
*Claps in poor 👏🏻
All I want to see is new mini ITX builds. Productivity, gaming anything. It doesn't have to be focused on a certain category. Also, it looks awesome. I am new to the channel.
Loved this built. I will try it and if successful this will save me a lot of space.
Nicely done. Excellent explanation. More productivity focused builds please - not a gamer & SFF only builder.
Men see ITX. Men click. Men watch. Men happy
This is my dream build now.
Beautiful absolutely beautiful
This is actually very helpful and nice!
I'm looking to build a new pc but want it to be a mini tower, seeing your build give's me insipration, might copy tbh 😥
This is an awesome build! Could you do another productivity build, but a bit more on the budget friendly side say around $1500?
Im currently in the part shopping process and hearing all your considerations between intel and amd is super helpful. Tons of stuff I hadn't thought about
More productivity itx builds please
itx builds are the best
Man, I’m putting together exactly the same assembly for myself now, the only difference is in the video card, I can’t afford that, and in the motherboard, I took it from Asrock. Thanks for the video, it helped make sure I was on the right track.
Thanks. This reminded me why I use a ginormous HAF 700 case instead of itx. Its just so much easier to build in!
If I move to a smaller case and switch to a mora, I'll probably skip this form factor. I want my pc to be easy to manage. And i hate no problem with it taking up a ton of space between my desks 😂
here i am always watching beautiful pc build. nice pc bro....
Nice build 🎉
Awesome. I ll get this case for my xtx 7800xt. It s 350mm long. This is the only sff that can take it
Great video, I really appreciate your approach to videos and the PC construction hobby. My only complaint with the pc build hobby is the lack of 3.5 or 2.5 inch bays. With the massive size of game I've come to love hot swap bays. I'm getting to the point of treating ssd as game cartridges.
I even have one machine that has a hot swap m.2 on the back of the pc.
Hi, Devyn! Do you have any plans of covering the a620i boards? Especially the Asrock's one, it seems to be very good for 65w TDP chips
😊 great mini ITX PC build 😊
As every gamer is growing, and the high-demand digital jobs are increasing, we surely need more both productivity and gaming pc content, keep it up!
Looks super nice
It would be awesome to see a build with no GPU (using Ryzen 8000 series) on an A09 case!
Really nice build...and expensive! Regards from Madrid. 😉
Hi,
Thank You for creating and sharing such amazing sff builts, may I ask There are no fans to pull in and out air?
And AIO fans are pulling air out from case right?
two notes Ssupd Meshroom S accommodates AIO up to 280mm and has 14.9L capacity and in the video was 240mm AIO and 14.7L capacity
in the setting for a 4-slot GPU, I can recommend e.g. NZXT Z63, the block pump can fit in without any problems
your videos are awesome!
Love your build! Do you have any tips on running your DP to the ASD to keep sound and mic? Thank you
Top quality content!
My case of choice would be the Jonsbo V10. You can fit ATX power supplies up to 140mm long and graphics cards up to 330mm long, since the graphics card is installed behind the motherboard. You can also put a 240mm radiator on the top.
Yeeees. More productivity builds please
I run the meshlicious with custom water, High recommend to do so in the meshroom, since it has a touch more room and you can run a dual rad set up with the 4090....
Hey thanks for the vid! For the case, did you choose it with PCle 4.0 or no? Thanks
Hi man, I love your videos and your builds; I am from Mexico City, regards from here! I have a question, what is the application you use to show the game stats at top center of your screen? Also, I have the same display, what is the cable you use to provide video and sound? Do the usb-c ports work fine?
Good stuff as always, Devyn what is the app you use to show the temp and fps on screen?
Beautiful build, lots of stuff crammed in there tho. I personally would have gone with a MB that has rear connections so you could cable manage all the cables within the case.
Nice I have the meshy I did during the holidays 2023 around nov with 4090fe on discount love it cpu barely cracks 55c and my Gpu 60 to 65 and still quiet oh it’s a 136k and I play on 4k I have that same cooler in black
Hey Devyn I recently discover your channel and instantly loved your videos, one think I would like to see more often is the capability to put some cases ina backpack. I think most people that wants to build an ITX PC is for mobility and the fact that PC fits on a backpack is very usefull. Keep up the good videos bro!
Doesn't really matter if the fans are inside, they're pulling air from the outside anyway, so that was a smart move.
That RTX is a THICC BOY!
Other than heat, it can't be that easy to clean from dust these tiny builds. You will have to do a disassembly to get access to most parts.
Still, looking good!
Mr. Devyn, how is the experience using the Studio Display for games, Money Aside, I want the Studio Display, as I work using a Mac (Software Engineer, mostly web stuff), but I would like to use for gaming from time to time as it has nice image quality, is there any downside playing 1440p 60hz? I play Street Fighter Mostly, I don't think I need more than 60hz.
Looks sick, how are the temps with the TG panel?
You should have chosen the meshlicious over the meshroom. Higher quality panels all around. Only drawback is it's limited to ITX/DTX, which is never an issue for me.
What cable are you using for the Apple Studio Display ?
I just bought the Studio display for productivity, I would love to use it for gaming too (I know it's not a gaming monitor and stuck at 60HZ) I heard that the monitor limits to 1080 when connected to a console. Is this the same for a PC? If I can play 4k I will be building a mini ITX!
Its only limited by the cables you use. That being said, you will probably not be getting any audio output to it from a console. I've spent hundreds on cables and just gave up.
nice build
How are you adjusting the studio display brightness with a pc?
the panel issue with the meshrooms can be "solved" when using a plastic pry tool for removing the panels, near the pins. iFixIt sets have one f.e.
What a beautiful looking PC. At 9:18, is the side panel removed displayig the components, or is it a glass panel?
Love it!
hey, Im using the same case. Im just curious on your IO setup. Did you put the fan for intake or exhaust. I set up my fan exhaust to get the air out of the case. Im not sure if it's ok
might be my next build for the 5000 series
How did you connect the Studio Display to pc if you don't mind me asking?
Very nice!
Would love to see a 2k productivity and gaming itx build
Doubt you'll be able to answer this, but how is using other video cables, especially straight cables work out with the feet? I wanna build in this case after seeing a lot of good on it, but wanna know what accessories I may need beforehand.
Hi I have the same motherboard and case was wondering how you ran the wires for case power button thanks!
The fans on the radiator are on the inside so does that means they're on exhaust or intake?
Very clean looking build, can't believe you could fit a 4090. What was the final total cost? if you don't mind me asking.
I absolutely LOVE seeing HFW as a benchmark
That PSU fan isn't gonna get much air up against a glass panel. Clean looking build otherwise, running the radiator fans as exhaust worth considering perhaps?
Not so cheap, but very nice and powefull!
Would love a linux build for software development and productivity, perhaps light gaming... Do you also recomend nvidia gpu for productivity on a linux system? I know linux can have better performance with the same hardware than other systems but I also know linux and nvidia don't have a great relationship, im looking into a linux machine mostly for software development but i would love to also be able to use it for 3D modelling and some light linux gaming.
10gbe to connect to that Nas would be nice. But there are very few Options right?
One thing you should absolutely do Undervolting the GPU after that it will be just perfect💯
Is there a reason you didn't just have the fans as intake when installed on the inside of the case? It just seems like you thought the fans need to blow into the radiator regardless...
Great build, but why the Apple Studio Display when you're using Windows? And it's also only 60hz so those high fps counts with the 4090 seems a bit wasted?
Could you build a trading computer? Something very small and esthetic but able to run multi monitors and multiple trading apps? Love this btw
I wanna do the same build, do you think I can get the same cooling performance with the Noctua NH-12L??
Not sure that AIO is going to last long in that config. Looks like the pump is the high spot in the loop. It might work now, but as liquid slowly evaporates from the loop, it's going to fail.
Is the CPU above the AIO reservoir and the AIO tubing? Won't this mean the collection of air bubbles at the top of the pump, which would impact thermals? It's my understanding that the some portion of the AIO reservoir and tubing should be higher than the CPU/pump to avoid air bubbles from getting in the lines, air going to the pump and potentially impacting the cooling of the processor.
Is the white case no longer available? Link only goes to the black one
studio display running over 60fps? Thought it was capped at 60hz
yo i literally have been planning dense 4090 itx build in this case and the parts used in this video are like very similar to what i put together. thats a crazy coincidence
For a case like that, i would probably just change 1 thing, tho it might not be that easy as it sounds -> go with 13/14th gen Intel i7 or i9... BUT with "T" variant (35W TDP locked) because of the additional hardware encoding/decoding in Intel iGPU for Premiere which mixed with AV1 supported card (which we have 4090 here so no problemo) would be like the best Video Editing rig in such a small form factor.
And for gaming, since you would play 1440p/4k all the time, then lower clocked "T" CPU would not be really a handicapping problen
You could also go with the infamous Erying mini itx board with an i7 12700H mobile CPU. It has a base power of 45W, but can turbo up to 115 and can be set to be as low as 35W.
@@BrunodeSouzaLino good point too - we could try both options and in the end say "pick whatever is easier and cheaper for you to get"
Sure, here’s the corrected version:
I love all the drama about “I need to build my computer for work and gaming, this will be a challenge.” Then, the only thing to do is buy the most expensive parts and voilà, computer build finished!
The MSI b650i can and likely will for a lot of people come with a dead cmos battery. Cmos reset button gets pushed in the box and kills the battery.
i always thought it was bad for the AIO lines to be lower than the CPU block...shouldnt they be above the block?
With the 7950X3D you have to disable half the cores in order to get max game performance. Then turn then back on when doing productivity workl.
Maybe do another version of the same idea but affordable enough for us mere mortals 😂
So just a budget oriented Productivity PC, also Mini ITX would be awesome!
