It's almost like every single tech CZcamsr decided to do a Mini ITX build with DeepCool parts at the exact same time.
That’s what happens when a company sends out tons of hardware and said hardware is actually interesting. In this case the price point and functionality is interesting.
@@inmypaants The price is like that for now but if it gets popular, they'll up the MSRP. For example, the NR200 started at around 80 and ended up being 130 on average. This case if it becomes popular will definitely be 120. Still worth the money compared to all the greedy fucks selling itx cases for over 200.
It is like they all were shipped one for free, under NDA. Given their low costs, this is awesome marketing, for a super low costs. It goes without saying, that almost every reviewer actually made a video about this, because they all seem to like the case.
@@baconbreadwithbaconokay, pump the brakes. not everyone is cooler master or deepcool, who can mass-manufacture their cases and sell them that cheap and still be profitable. the niche sff market is still very much community-driven with a lot of individuals designing cases. it's not greedy to want to make a margin on something as well-engineered as the Formd T1, for example.
@@maximus3294 There are smaller companies in Asia that make high quality itx cases for 120. It's all greed when these supposedly low volume companies ask for 200. It's nonsense. I'm tired of people defending these companies. Many of these low volume companies use the same OEM. They're either stupid and like getting ripped off or they're greedy.
The CH160 is something that the ITX community needed. A portable case, great price, and solid hardware compatibility. The ATX PSU support makes this chassis even more appealing.
But then you can only use very short GPU
ATX PSU is overkill though, I mean it's nice you have more options but you don't need it
@@pax3974 it's overkill sure, but an equivalent ATX supply is cheaper than an SFX supply, especially for lower end units
@@Kzxhyyou’re already saving a bunch of money on this case at $70. Might as well throw the savings into a SFX PSU to maximize your GPU options.
i mean, i guess, but if ur building a cheaper itx pc, around $600-ish, your gpu options are likely going to fit anyways, especially with a shorter 125mm psu like the corsair cx650/cv650
Thank you Devyn for the fantastic CH160 build!
Thanks for the budget tower coolers, my ak400 zero dark works great on the r5 7600 :) do you guys plan on releasing any cheaper AIO coolers?
I love your stuff. Do you have planed to sell this case in Germany?
@@Spleiter Thank you! Yes, surely it will be available in Germany in late May. Thanks for the wait!
i gotta have this case! will t be sold in the uk
This looks fantastic. I really appreciate you adding the noise test section, as excessive pc noise drives me completely nuts. I've watched all your build videos, but this one really looks like the one I want to build.
Usually I skim build videos because my adhd but you were very concise and your shots were beautiful. Great video!
More budget friendly and yet super sleek looking, thank you for this one, I'm shocked with those amazing temps!
aesthetic > rgb
love the minimalist vibe of this pc
I'm very excited about this case. Great layout, component support, cooling, and aesthetics, all for $70. And your build is a beautiful showcase of its potential.
Exactly the air cooler I was thinking of when I saw the new case! Great video as usual, Devyn!
As for the ATX PSU, Enermax has one called the Revolution D.F. 12. What's unique about theirs is that it's ATX-sized, but lengthwise it's shorter than an SFX-L PSU (122mm vs. 130mm). It also has braided cables and ATX 3.0/12VHPWR support. Not being able to install the front case fan aside, I think this PSU is perfect for the CH160, G200, and other such lunchbox cases.
love ur videos! do u have any guides on building pcs for video editing, 3d work, etc?
Nice, this case fits exactly what I was looking for: small "portable" and able to fit atx psu with smaller gpus.
Been waiting for your build. ❤
I was waiting for a build in this case! That's exactly what I planning for my build except for the GPU. Looks amazing and very portable, and that's what I looking for!! 10/10!!!
damn, that's hell of a itx budget build. props to deepcool.
Did you do any undervolting on your cpu? Great build!
I love how minimalistic the aesthetics of this build ❤
Really liking this case. I'd consider swapping to this case if it had a vented or mesh side panel option. Is there an option or is it only glass?
@Devyn Johnston, I really like your channel. You provide a very elegant touch to your builds. You don't rely on flashy visual and auditory effects like other channels do. You keep it simple, and your builds speak to the quality of your channel. Like I said, your builds are elegant. Keep it up!
@Devyn love you channel and builds. This one in particular. The FE card you managed to squeeze in was 310mm, do you think the MSI 4080 SUPER EXPERT into this case? Specifications says its 312mm in length.
Yay! Another lunchbox build! My favorite! :)
I really liked that case. Most small cases like that have no dust filter, which is a deal breaker for me. This one not only has a beautiful glass panel on one side, but has dust filters on the other side, plus on top and bottom. It really is one I will strongly consider if I ever end up building a small PC.
Devyn, do you have plans of checking the Asrock a620i? It seems to be a nice board
perfect case. Clean simple layout.
This case looks really awesome but I wish it was available with a solid or mesh side panel rather than glass. I would definitely pick one up then.
Great capabilities, great pricing
Seems like a good contender in sff world
the sff goat back with another banger build.
sick case man, gonna build my first pc in a couple months and this case will fit like a glove for the gigabyte 4070ti
As usual Devyn another great build, but I watch your videos and I want to re-build my Boxx.😆 Great job bruh💯
Would you recommend the deepcool ak400 for this build? Personally I feel like the 620 is just to bulky as well as going for that digital style too.
Please build a 20 liter Lunch Box pc with Jonsbo / Jonsplus Z20 case. The case looks absolutely stunning and its a matx case.
I want this vertically mounted with top back panel access. This way, it will make more sense, space saving wise.
RGB people be like: the performance is gonna be bad.
This is basically the metal version of the 3D Printed BeamCase. Cool stuff
I just built my first mini itx pc in the K38 case this is sick too.
Hi Devyn! I want to ask you, from the videos you have, what colud be a good build for my pc? I have a case called obsidian 250D 😀
beautiful case! def going to be my next one
The Asus Dual is great. I have the same model as a 7800XT.
The Ch160 immediatly cought my attention. I'm more of a mATX kinda guy, which is like 0-drawbacks to a fullATX build, but this case is nice! Was already a big fan of the CH370, a mATX build with a white exterior and black interior.
I'ts gonna be a long time until I upgrade again, but this will be considered. In the r/mffpc scene, the AP201 is extremely popular, similar to teh hype fo the o11 dynamic back then. This CH160 is essentially that, just a bit smaller again, but still fits everything. I think this is gonna be super popular
i was just recently going through your videos to build a mini PC; i think im going to make this one now!! :)
I just got rid of my DeepCool PSU that had the same squared mesh pattern, looks so siiick
Are you certain the FE 4080/90 will only fit with the heatsink removed? Another video has one being fitted with the same cooler in situ
3:32
"So, I genuinely.. kinda.. love this case" 😂
do you think a 3090 fe could fit in? (313mm) possibly without front dust filter and front fans if it makes any difference at all
THANK YOU for specifying that you can fit a 310mm GPU in this case. Seeing builds and pictures, it looked like you could but I wasn't sure. Every review video I've seen never even bothered to test if this was the case. Now I know!
I have a Red Dragon 6800xt which is 310mm and I thought I coudln't fit it in that case.
Hey, how much more clearance does it have from the front panel since I want to put a 7900 xt🎉 sapphire pulse which is 313 millimeters
I just built a pc with the 7600 and this same cooler in the CH370. For some reason my idle temps are at 44 degrees and can get up to 65-70 degrees only playing counter-strike. I think i might have not tightened the mounting hardware all the way but I'm not sure. What do you think is going on?
What software do you use to display with widget performance monitor? Thank you!
Would Deepcools 120mm Watercoolers work in this case I wonder? The LS320 or the LE300
I would have liked to see a comparison between the G200 (Lunchbox 2.0 video). The cases are VERY similar, and I think it would be good to know what is better/worse about each option. I have the G200, which your video helped me decide to get, but there are a couple features that I like on this case so have been thinking about swapping over (less airflow restriction, option for front fan and SFX mounting, better I/O).
The one thing that I really dont like on this case is the tempered glass side panel, if they had a mesh panel I would have ordered it already.
should try find a way to hook a portable screen up to a small itx case to have a portable desktop to flex on gaming laptops (not very hard already tbh)
That thing is huge for ITX standards when compared the ghost and formd cases
Great to see a build using a different cooler than the assassin 4 lol. Hoping to see someone put a thermalright phantom spirit in it!
looks great
I love the build. I will use it when I build mine.
However, I thinks the air flow should be opposite direction.
The front fan should be exhaust fan so it can also suck out hot air from the GPU.
Also you will not need the near fan.
Would this be good to offload all the streaming resources on this PC and have a better gaming PC plugged into the capture card in this build I'd want to install?
What if you used an ATX PSU with the modular cables coming out on it's side, then the cables wouldn't interfere with the GPU at the bottom.
Amazing great build
Does the screen on the cpu cooler show gpu temps or only cpu?
Can you somehow make it vertical? SFF should be like Ncore 100 MAX as vertically using space does not really matter on a desk but if its "sideways" the length is just a few inch smaller than a normal ATX case. I wanted to buy an Ncore 100 MAX but for an 7800X3D CPU the AIO seems bad, it would be way too loud and hot also thinking of using low profile air cooler in an Ncore 100MAX and using some beefy fan at the top instead of the AIO? I am curious if that can be done and what would be the results.
10:00 Not surprised by the bent AK620. My first Deepcool air cooler was also bent sideways. The quality control is abysmal.
6:50 would an ATX Corsair RMx Shift solve the cable clearance issue? It has cables on the side, not back. I think it must fit because the case is pretty wide.
now im sold, 310mm still can be fits in, thanks!
I think this will have to be my first build... If I don't build in the CH370. Aside from me needing something small to fit on my desk, I love the minimalism, portability and compact nature of this build. This build has everything I'm looking at aside from the CPU, thinking I'll get the Ryzen 9 7900 instead and the lack of RGB puts me just under my budget.
More micro-ATX please. I really want a small form factor but want to add a 10 gigabit NIC as well.
Case looks cool, disappointed that deepcool decided against a few centimeters at the from to actually fit larger cards and or do proper cable management. Anyways. I'll keep an eye on it
Is Gigabyte A620i AX and Gigabyte B650i AX the same?
For some reason these board looks identical. In my country (PH) the A620i is not available while B650i is available
Another awesome video!!
Do you think a msi mag A650BN would fit in it
can u plz make a video how to manage the cable for ch160 case
How much to buy that PC from you?
I wanna build this exact system only different would be the motherboard maaaaybe, I hate the silver io shields. Asrock has an a620i board with a black built in io shield
Weird nobody is showing any builds with an ATX power supply (just saying it fits) which I feel is what most people who'd be interested in buying this case would be using or they'd just another case (like the NR200P)
I feel like with some modifications it would be possible to fit an matx motherboard in there with 2 pcie slots. would need to rotate the psu 90deg, but I think that could be clutch for content creators who want to use capture cards alongside a 2 slot GPU
Asus ap201
@@Just_Mike64 33L. Way too big
Asrock's A620 ITX board has two NVME slots.
huh. i really wish this case came out earlier. because i decided to go with the GEEEK A50 MAX which has nearly the same compatibility for 10-20 dollars more. because a riser is required. due to the sandwich design but you can also stuff a 4090 founders in it i believe. i stuffed a tuf gaming 4070ti super in it. honestly the GEEEK is under rated. i would want you to compare cases.
Hey, Devyn, I want to know if a 313 millimeter gpu like the 7900 xt sapphires pulse will since at 8:03 u said a 310 mm will fit with a few millimeters extra i just want to know if those are arounfd 3mm extra so i can fit the 7900 xt sapphire pulse 😂
about to make this same pc build but with an nr200p
Are there any lga 1700 itx motherboards that can take 128gb of ram?
i wonder why not a rx 7800xt? i know nvidia rules with RT but it seems like amd scores similarly if not better at a similar or lower price then Nvidia without RT
the CH160 is the best "budget?" mini itx case
is 240 aio with slim fan radiator supported?
If it fits a 320mm card then I would definitely go for it tbh
I think the power wire looks a little weird.
What is the downside of the A620i motherboard (besides a single ssd slot) compared to the typical ones?
Weaker VRMs, lack of CPU overclocking features, and fewer PCIe lanes. Fewer PCIe lanes will typically mean fewer m.2 slots or USB ports. Weaker VRMs probably aren't an issue as long as the CPU's TDP is less than 120W (so Ryzen 7 7800X3D should be okay), but CPU overclocking features are useful for SFF builds, namely undervolting.
@@freudia Thanks!
whats that pegboard in the back?
Man I just got an NR200 but I'm really feeling this a little more
Me who just got the g200😢
@@twentyjeans4234 Me who has a G200 and seriously considering a CH160 🤔
@@jmal but it kinda makes you mad cuz it was $110
@@twentyjeans4234 That's them import fees for ya.
How does it stack up compared to the NR200p in your opinion?
I had nr200p. I switched to Lian Li H2O and was pleased.
I really wanna see a 7800x3d and 4080 super in this compared to the hyte revolt 3
Can the carrying handles be removed? They don't look that nice and I won 't be taking my pc anywhere else lol.
Case need side mesh panel version, waiting ch160v2 😅
How is the build quality? I’ve heard this people talk about this case as being somewhat low quality…
I was really happy with it. Especially at this price point.
Asrock A620i have 2 m2 slots. Consider this
Idk about that build quality... I've seen some other videos on the case and it's definitely cheap for a reason. that being said, it's still an amazing budget case.
I wanted to ask, velkase 5 has 270 gpu clearance, 4070s asus dual is 267 but its not in the compatible list for velkase 5. Is it possible for the gpu to fit in the velkase 5?
no, I don't think so. the asus dual is a 2.5 slot card and you can only fit a 2 in the velkase. I test fit it a few days and the side panel can't close.
Can i fix micro-atx?
Why there's no Intel ITX build?
Nice video mate 🙌
big lunchbox for big boys
Would love to see liquid cooling in this case.
Corsair needs to work out mini Case.
can this fit the 4090 fe?
