The late great butch miles admired by so many musicians he had the power and drive and was a super force in any musical group big band you name it also Carmen on sax was used by gene Krupa for many years thanks again sean

Seen Butch when he was with BASIE band. Just an incredible Drummer. Some say he was better than Buddy. I asked him that once about the comment but never did get an answer.
