Great tips. Rear delts are often neglected most of these 5 (tips) make sure they receive some love.
A tip I'd like to add to this video and piggy back on Christine's comment;
- when dealing with the shoulders (especially the rear delt) resist using heavy weights (except for when you're deliberately focusing on overall shoulder mass buildup) because lighter weight assist with isolation of the delt head your trying to train...going heavy (especially with the shoulders) will always recruit other muscles due to heavier loads REQUIRE heavier support. Because of this, the shoulders will forever be at a disadvantage because the entire shoulder "girdle" is better at supporting bigger muscles groups than it knowing how to be supported. Another word, the primary purpose of the shoulders is supportive not "primary" in moving loads, which makes training them difficult. Lightweight helps counteract the body's bias in moving a load with your shoulders.
@@aaronwilson9763 That's a great point, and good to remember when training delts! 👍 So often, it's tempting to want to lift as heavy as we can, but heavier is definitely NOT always better.

Always enjoy and value your precision of movement and form. Could you please do more of the in gym compared to free weights videos. I more often work out at home with a bench, bar and assorted free weights. Post Covid lockdowns these are still my go to workouts.

I really suffer with a weak inner and lower chest and wondered if you had any excersises you could please recommend to target that area? I realise that your channel and excersise are probably mostly aimed at women but I'm learning so much from you videos. I only watch yourself and miami mustle on CZcams. If you haven't already seen his content you should give him a spin.
You both put a lot of thought into keeping the tempo and lighter weight for correct form and prevent injury.

Yes! Please can you make a video on the best way to target and isolate the glutes when you have long femurs and tend to be quad dominant. This is SUCH a problem for me as deadlifts tend to aggravate the lower back and feeling that tension in the glutes is a real struggle as when I go heavy in hip thrusts, my quads take over and I dont feel much recruitment in my glutes. Lift heavy is always the mantra we are told to adhere to but Im struggling to get glute gains and could do with some help.

This is what makes the shoulder look separated from the arm-not shredded but cut. I have lost so much weight with Keto that my arms are just...sagging😩. Like everything else😩.
