Hi, that little seal is for the cross shaft to seal oil from the diff lock shaft . Likely have to also change the bushing. To do that the diff has to be taken apart!
do you have to take the plate off to get to that seal? It seams that there is only one screw holding the plate on my case 580B. cant even get the screw out, frustrated any help?
