    This fragrant and fluffy quinoa dish pairs the pleasant flavors saffron, garbanzo beans, peas, carrots and benson's table tasty. The reason why I call this dish dump & go, is because you literally place everything in the Instant Pot, turn it on and walk away. You can use frozen vegetables and there's no need to defrost.     I love this idea and the ingredients. One of the best ways to cook ever. Also perfect for summer, won’t heat up the kitchen at all and you have everything you need in one bowl.

    This looks delicious and I would like to try the recipe but I’ve never use saffron because it’s always so expensive at the grocery store. You say to use a quarter teaspoon but the link to the saffron shows it comes in threads. How do I measure the threads?

      So you are right, saffron comes in threads. So what you need to do is take the saffron threads and place them in a mortar and pestle and crush the threads. Or use your thumb and forefinger to gently grind the threads into pieces. The threads are very delicate. Super easy to do.

    It’s only me eating this. 2C quinoa makes 6 cups. Can I half this recipe?
