I tried to buy this case from the website and I cannot find it. It’s misleader sorry about that because your video is incorrect because you should show us how Casha just buy this product from it because I feel like you cannot buy it.
like it
Man, watching you and optimum contents about itx builds are amazingly satisfying,
@Matt_132 same
Who is Optimum Content?
@@Kevin-mx4vmthe aesthetics from this channel are inspired by Optimum Tech. They both have similar styles and videos. Both great
good build
i'm obsessed with space efficiency in pcs, and i think this build is the peak of that, i love how dense the components are, great video!
for anyone wondering the build would cost1239$ usd plus shipping
Whyyyy
RIP my dream ahah
If you went with a 5600 it could cost as low as $1050 depending on the parts. But you do miss out on ease of upgradability
I'm actually dissapointed with AMD because they forgor 💀☠️ about the LP GPU market. Nvidia doesn't have any competitor there.
AMD cards just aren’t power efficient enough for LP cooling I’m guessing
They haven 't forgotten 😂 You have amd radeon instinct 😅
they make graphics on the processor. Without competition. Power consumption is very important. They follow apple's path... The only question is the needs of the market.😅
@@FluxDigitalunfortunately thats true. across the board the nominally equivalent cards on the radeon side are less efficient.
even the 7600 is rated for 165 watts or so
@@FluxDigitalhaha... tell this to the graphics on the processor. They're all losing to Apple. It's just that someone needs to wake up and go to the Framework stage.
Amd is pushing powerful APU that can be used in small cases instead of a dedicated LP GPU
Every time I watch your new videos, I tell myself "This is gonna be my first gaming PC build" 😂 Great stuff man!
Well done my guy! You have to love how compact and well thought this built is. Aesthetically pleasing as well👌
Yours and optimum channels are my stress buster please make more videos like this
Love this series so much. Keep up with the good work!
❤I know right! They’re the perfect little Knick knack tic tac pc’s💪🤓
Great case and clever design!
That slots on the front panel are really helping that GPU to breathe, considering radiator fins direction. Thumb up for front IO and top fans. Great job Gemcases!
Just came across your channel yesterday. Loving the content already. I have a CM NR200 case jammed with stuff and looking to make it a little smaller.
Very eye opening and intriguing. This definitely planted a seed in my head. It's more smaller than a console, more powerful if not the same. I would like to see benchmark for Call of Duty at 1080p how many FPS you'd get with this small 4060 Gaming PC.
I have been looking for something like this for a while. I’ve been using an M-atx case even though I have an itchy motherboard since I wanted something slim. Thanks for the video. I am looking forward to building in this. Also, I’ve noticed swapping my nh-l9a fan with thermalrights TL-B9 has helped with cooling a bit. And on that case I think you could use them for the top fans and set them as intake to help cool while the case is on its side.
Love this video! May even make this build for myself!
Great case and great build. With its volume, it's impressive that you can still fit 2 decent sized case fans.
Case is dope
What an amazing little build!
Very nice build, Nice case, sure got my attention whew!
dude your builds are so clean
I love it! it's such a clean little machine!
Love your build videos.
3:39 Are you using an ipad pro as a monitor for this build? how did you managed to do it and is it worth it?
The screw driver is sick for electronics. I've had one for a bit and love it
Hey, Devyn! Do you have any plans to make a build with any a620i? I think it would be nice (especially ASRock's a620i Phantom Gaming, that Board seems dope!)
i loved the tease of the verge pc build with the zip ties when you said tweezers lmao
There are modular versions of that exact power supply, btw. Would highly recommend them for a build like this
The tweezers bit had me rolling for a minute lmao
Look´s interestin.Hope they make version for short 4070 too, that and hdplex 500w psu would be nice combination ;)
Btw your video is the only one with shadowcast 2 paired to a desktop. How is the latency? Which iPad app do you use for it?
Great content!
It would be interesting to see a comparison with a laptop that have approximately the same specs in terms of noise, temperature, performance, costs
Love this case, reminds me of an old time radio
Looks dope. Would like to build this. Which CPU would you recommend for max work performance (code compilation) rather than gaming?
Wow..Beautiful box✌🏾
Case looks very similar to mine (densium 4+ v2), but is even smaller. Might upgrade to this case when the low profile 5060 releases, assuming it's decent for price/efficiency
Nice build, but i would use the BD790i from Minisforum, should be run cooler and has also more power.
I prefer the Densium's aesthetic, but glad to see more wood front panels and people pushing the boundaries of ultra-SFF cases.
Super clean!
6:35 and this is why I'd rather do it Velka-style: install the components in a clean fashion and then build the case, or risk scratching or improper mounting by sliding/maneuvering components around
It’s a bit tricky to install GPU but we preferred this approach to assemble the case as more fast and comfort. With some patience u will assemble the case without scratch, back panel can significantly bend without damage during assembly to allow safety insertion of gpu.
3:35 How can you export images from vga to ipad as a screen?
im curious about a580 or 750/770 build in a small case, can you recomend?
I don't need a PC this small, but I REALLY want one. I can make the desk real estate excuse, but I have plenty of room for a mid-tower.
Yooo so cool can you do bulid in core p1
this build looks like my densium case build months ago with the wood front panel and usb c and power button placements,
Dope on horizontal ! Looks like an HiFi amplifier 😃
I would love to see a 4080 or a 4090 in this form factor. You'd think the most efficient GPUs would be the most appropriate for small form factor. The 4060 is at the bottom of efficiency in the series.
It would probably cost $2K or something ridiculous. Cool idea though.
@@M4rio21 For sure it'd be at a premium price, since there probably wouldn't be a strong demand for power limited high-end components. But damn, imagining a tiny power limited 4090 that still gives you over double the performance of this 4060 while also being cooler because of the larger die size, paired with a power limited 7800x3d/7950x really tingles my brain for some reason. We seem to forget the higher end the components are in these tiny builds, the less power and heat is generated for the same performance.
4080 or 4090 wouldn't fit, unfortunately, but the 4070 might.
@@netnomad47 I mean, maybe not in this specific case, but it can be just a tiny bit bigger. The smallest 4090 so far is only 3.5cm longer and 0.8cm wider, from AlphaCool. Just gotta turn it into a tiny fan version.
I would think that any GPU that could go into a laptop could be made into a low profile version.
Another amazing build! Which case for a compact build could you recommend for a 4070 super? I'm thinking of building a compact pc for my brother as a gift.
I would say Velka5/7.
I just found this channel, awesome content. I was planning to buy a "mini PC", but now I rather build my own.
I'm just wondering if this build could handle and benefit from an AMD 7 7800. Any clue? Stay safe everyone
I would choose the zs a4 dc because of the access to a 47cm radiator which would allow me to choose the 7900 as the processor
In world of big bulky cpu cases this man found his place in small cpu cases. 😮
Cpu case??
@@shoobadoo123 i mean tower box or chassis
If you can custom the cables to the perfect length, it would be perfect :D
Do you have another case that will work with this build that you can suggest?
I bought a Metalfish T40. Since it's pretty much the only case I can get at a reasonable price where I live.
can you use ipad as monitor for your pc with shadowcast 1 ?
Just a piece of Art
I would like to know which program you use to see the fps and temperature
riva tuner from afterburnee
I have a ASUS ROG STRIX B760-I GAMING WIFI motherboard and really wanna use it for this case. 6:11 Is the usb-c connection the only reason why it isn't compatible whit this case? What if i won't use the front usb-c port, does that make my motherboard compatible ?
God, I love these micro builds
Man I just wish they'd design one with positive pressure ventilation... I had a silverstone sg08 once and it was clean inside throughout it's life. was still huge compared with this one though
Just placed my order!
Am I the only one who got the tweezers joke at 5:05? It's an obvious reference to that infamous PC building tutorial from The Verge hahaha
So what is the smallest case that can fit the atx part?
Beautiful!
can you fit the zotac one in this one?
reminds me of the Densium 4 case
Great ad, honestly. I enjoy watching how you approach paid promotions this way. Keep it up.
Case review and build were great too, but that's business as usual for you! 😀
If Gemcase is reading this, the lack of website and the need to join a Discord community is a major turnoff.
Gemcases is a tiny outfit based in Ukraine, so they have bigger concerns to worry about, as a result of the situation there.
I, for one, appreciate how responsive they are on Discord and my C9 arrived in England within a few days of my placing the order. They listen to feedback from us early adopters and consider changes for future revisions, too. Definitely a company I don’t mind supporting.
I’ve talked with Gemcase and they’re working on a website, it’s just taking some time. Discord is a good way for people to get the case before the website is officially running.
Amazing. Perhaps they can leverage your previous career history for a deeper collab. 😉
Bro this is awesome
Can tou do a 4060 in a printed case smaller then velka 3
I wonder if the mini forums board will work with this? Imagine the b790i with the 16 core and ryzen
As far as we discuss at Discord minisforum requires more than 40mm clearance for CPU cooler.
From what I've observed due to the events in the last two months, it seems that exclusive games released for the Xbox and PlayStation ecosystems will gradually decrease. Even Sony's games are rumored to be coming to the PC platform, indicating that consoles may shift towards PCs in the coming years. These types of small form factor cases could be the consoles of the future
Very nice but the noise levels perhaps not optimal to have the case so close to you specially on the top of the desk that amplifies everything.
The majority of the noise from the cpu fan? It would be interesting to find out how much better would the noise levels be with the 13400..
Through adjusting of fan curves and undervolting u can get an almost silent build. Case fans really help for this to happen.
This is the kind of thing I’m looking to build, but I’m not looking to need the space for a LP gpu, but would rather have the room for a bit more cup cooler. Case recommendations are always welcome! 😂
What about to use i9-14900t instead of AMD 5 7600 or i5-13400?
I apologize in advance but i'm probably going to replicate this build part by part. amazing!
are the fans above for exhaust or intake?
Exhaust, they help to come in fresh air and throw away hot.
You have the wrongs fans linked in the description! You linked the Noctua NF-12 120x25mm fans instead of the Noctua A9x14 90x15mm
Really liked this build and the case looks awesome. After watching some of your videos these Mini PC builds are just perfect for simple PC gaming and the size to fit into a media entertainment center.
Build looks beautiful but IMO I can't get past those cpu temps 😢
One thing I feel people don't consider about SFF is the improvement in power supply's. Ideally there will eventually be a 750watt Flex sized PSU and that will really revolutionize SFF systems imo.
No need, 600W is more than enough for anything you can physically fit in a SFF case. I actually run this build with the exact same case and mobo and a 7800X3D CPU with a 250W sustained power fanless GaN PSU from HDPlex. It’s plenty of power for this spec, even under full load stress testing.
@little_fluffy_clouds 250 barely covers intels i7-i9, not to mention a powerful 200W+ class gpu. No less than 650-750W imo so it will last.
@@_TrueDesire_as I said,600W FlexATX and 500W HDPlex GaN PSUs are available to buy today and that’s more than enough to power any tiny SFF build. If you want to shove a 14900K and a 4090 into a small case, you’ll need a bigger chassis to physically fit that graphics card, something like an NR200P, at which point you may install a 850W SFX PSU. That should cover all bases.
@little_fluffy_clouds I ended up with a Jonsbo D30, around 26L. Tossed in my SFX-L 1000W and enjoy myself a quite PSU, fan barely turns on 😁👍🏻
Does anyone know if I can use the HD plex 250W PSU with these components without a problem? On pcpartpicker the estimated wattage is 261W but I don't plan on using this system for gaming or heavy loads.
Hello. I think better to consider more powerful Flex ATX PSU.
What are you using at 3:34 to use Ipad as a monitor?
Genki Shadowcast 2
@@devyn.johnston thanks !
Would a 4070 super fit in the Velka 5 case?
Ok, so from what you said, a b760 will not work , but then what mb would you recommend for the i5 13400 you suggested ?
Hello. Starting from rev1.1 all itx mobo is supported.
What was the total price of the system?
How can i get this case please am desperat to have one
That is a very cute PC, I wonder how much all that cost.
Amazing build and great case. One of the best looking SFF cases I've seen.
Nvidia also just released the $650 16GB Low Profile RTX 2000 Ada generation card, which would fit well in this case.
Nice, the VRAM would be very helpful for a lot of developers.
Would be great to see build in htpc case.
You can use it as htpc or u mean something other?
This is exactly the PC I have built two weeks ago, except mine has the 7800X3D and the 250W HDPlex GaN PSU. Same C9 case, same Asus motherboard.
It’s possible to run the 7800X3D with this Noctua cooler if you tune the curves down and set lower power and temp limits in the BIOS.
Can this do 1440p above 60fps?
I am really sad because I really want to buy that case, but it tells me the shipping to México is over a thousand dollars.
Are there any similar alternatives that look as good as that one?
I liked this one because it could hide and fit perfectly in my living room.
What's the average system power draw in gaming?
What is a chassis?
what position did you orient the fans?
case fans is placed for exhaust
maybe install the bridge fan plate under the fans.
Where can I buy this case
Can I please get the noise level recording?
In such PC you need to manually adjust fan curves and undervolt. This will result in silent PC.
This video is a valuable resource.
Are there any makers out there making prebuilt systems like this?
do i need that really long 4.0 riser or no?
You will need riser 18,5cm cable length.
