    Welcome to shweta home kitchen
    In today’s video, we’re making a delicious and nutritious Sprout Moong Chilla. This healthy and easy-to-make dish is perfect for breakfast or a light snack. Packed with protein and vitamins, it’s an excellent choice for a wholesome meal.
    Ingredients:
    -1 cup sprouted moong beans
    - 1 small onion, finely chopped
    -pinch of hing
    - Grated paneer
    - Salt to taste
    - Oil for cooking
    Instructions:
    1. In a blender, add the sprouted moong beans and a little water. Blend to make a smooth batter.
    2. Transfer the batter to a mixing bowl. Add chopped onion, Grated paneer.
    3. Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with oil.
    4. Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it evenly to make a thin chilla.
    5. Cook on medium heat until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown.
    6. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown and crisp.
    7. Repeat with the remaining batter.
    8. Serve hot with chutney or yogurt.
