      I suggest you switch to brisk walking if you want to see results . Take small steps and concentrate on breathing while walking .

      Hey , sweetheart it’s okay to have two but only if you’re that hungry . Listen to your body , if you haven’t eaten balanced meals through out the day and your body craves two then please go ahead 👍🏻
      PS - but it’s better to follow the thumb rule : eat breakfast like a King and dinner like a pauper .
