    Lemon Scaloppine - RECIPE
    Prep Time: 5 mins
    Cook Time: 10 mins
    Complexity: Easy
    Ingredients (4 people):
    - 4 beef scaloppine
    - 50 gr flour
    - 1 lemon
    - parsley
    - 80 gr butter
    - salt and pepper
    Procedure:
    1. Heat up a pan and let the butter melt in it;
    2. In the meanwhile, toss your beef/veal scaloppine in some flour from both sides;
    3. when the butter is melted, lay the scaloppine in the pan. Let them cook for a couple of minutes each side;
    4. Cut a few thin lemon slices and lay them on top of the meat;
    5. Turn the scaloppine a couple of times, sprinkle salt and pepper;
    6. In the last minute of cooking, squeeze the juice of half a lemon and serve immediately with a sprinkle of finely chopped parsley on top;
    7. ENJOY!

      Bobby Flakes Jr Depends where you live that could be a bit hard to find. But you can use tinned tomatoes instead, the diced ones. I assume you live somewhere in the USA?

    Is butter better than oil to fry the veal ?

      Yes, because oil would get absorbed too quickly.
      Normally I use olive oil for majority of my recipes, but in certain cases you gotta go with butter!

      @@vpm7ginnie784 Not if you manage the temperature well. If you have a gas stove, it's definitely much easier!

      Why do I get burned residue flour in frying pan? I have to scrape it off before I can continue to fry the rest.
      It's ok if you only frying fewer slices but I was doing 9 pieces.
