    I love this! I’m recovering from shoulder surgery, and more reps with lighter weights is perfect for working on my range of motion and toning up my arms in a way I can handle. I can already see (and feel!!) the difference after a few days of doing your videos. Thank you!

    Thank you so much, this was my 2nd class with you, I did this yesterday after your Barre Class Workout Fast Results the one for 18:46 I believe. I loved it. Needed it so much yesterday, love how lighter I felt the next day, wow! I sweated so much, woo hoo. Love your doggie. What a Burn!     Hi Coach Andrea! I am a man and just saw this lesson because my younger sister does this workout! I didn't think much of this so she challenged me to an armwrestle. I could not even move her arm even using both my arms together 😟

      @@BarreWithAndrea Hi Coach Andrea! I tried this workout as well! I could only manage until around 8 minutes after which my arms just gave up and my younger sister told me to rest 😟 She did two rounds of this full workout!

    I want to build muscle my arm and can i use heavier weight? This exercise is perfect because i have nexk pain sometimes some some reason.

      Hi Claire, yes, you can use heavier weights, however I wouldn't go heavier than 1.5-2kg max for this workout as it's designed for low weights, high reps. If you go too heavy, you may strain your neck and shoulders, so be careful. Andrea x
