    This Barre Abs Workout is designed to sculpt and strengthen your core. It is a no-equipment 20 minute workout that you can do at home. Based on ballet, pilates and barre class exercises, this workout is all you need for a flat belly and strong core. The only things you will need is a yoga mat or carpeted area to lay on the floor.

    Just done this, loved it. Even though it's slow you can really feel your core working. This will definitely help with my posture thank you!
