  • Barre Class Workout - FAST RESULTS - 15 Minutes - TOTAL BODY TONE & STRETCH
    This Barre Ballet Workout is designed to sculpt your ballerina body. It is a low impact 15 minute workout that you can do at home. The only equipment you will need is a barre or chair to act as a barre, set of light weights (1.5-2kg) and a yoga mat or carpeted area to lay on the floor.
    In this class, we do a great set at the barre, then we hit the floor for upper body and core exercises.

    I danced until I was 20 and loved it. Have tried to stay fit since. Now I am post kids and peri menopausal. My energy levels dipped for a few years and weight started to increase. Now on hrt, with regained energy and following your classes. They are so enjoyable and giving me the lift I needed. Been following for 2 weeks and feeling the benefits already. Wish I had discovered Barre long before now. Thank you x

    Hi! I’m going to be taking ballet classes soon and am doing barre exercises to prep. Is it okay if I don’t have my feet pointed correctly during these workouts as I’m still learning how to do that? Thanks!

      It's totally fine not to point your feet as you are learning...you will still get a great workout. As you get stronger, and learn more, it will be great to continue to work your feet into the pointed position, as that will level up your workout! Andrea x
