    This Barre Workout at Home is designed to sculpt, strengthen and lengthen your muscles, especially your legs and butt. It is a no-equipment 30 minute workout that you can do at home. Based on ballet, pilates and barre class exercises, this workout is all you need for a strong and toned body...building your body confidence. The only things you will need is a barre, or chair/kitchen counter etc to act as a Barre, and a yoga mat or carpeted area to lay on the floor.

    I have loved every one of you Barre classes! At the beginning of each class I think to myself that I won’t need any leg breaks, but oh do I need those leg breaks! Thank you so much for making each class a fun, and challenging, workout. ❤️❤️

    Yep perfect training for a dancer going back to dance classes after two years without proper time in the studio !! 💜👍

    Want to challenge your legs' endurance? Though sweet she may be, this ballerina will push your legs with the most beautiful and graceful moves. Next time I do it, I think I'm going to go half time so I can actually finish the workout and make sure that my form is correct. Love the collection of moves she's put together for us here.
