Mam apki har video boht informative hai but apko weight loss ki baat karne time products ke bare mein bhi kuch share karna chahiye jaise kuch log dieting vagera nahi kar pate to unke liye grassy life boht effective hai and kuch logo ka budget kam hota hai to ayurslim bhi achi option hai halka slow still nice .. so that har insan ka case apki video mein cover ho sake because har insan ke liye time par khana possible nahi and apko weight gain par bhi aur videos jrur publish karni chahiye 🙏🙏
I will tell you 5 rules. I have lost 23kg and this hack works
1. Do kapalbhati and anulom vilom prayanam 30 min each daily
2. Daily 6000-10000 steps
3. No food after 6pm, only strict home cooked food. Even puri, paratha but very very less sugar, salt and no maida
4. Use patanjali weight go and go mutra water early morning empty stomach
5. If you feel bloated go for panchkarma and then fast atleastonce a week.
Morning-- have fruits, then directly lunch and in evening before 6pm very light like upma, salads, soups. I am 100% sure anyone without gym and protein and cheat diet and without trainer anyone can lose 3-5 kg a month. In one year you will be absolutely fit

Please include good workout regime with consistency & discipline under qualified supervision. I am fitness trainer, can be reached for online classes. Belly fat or overall fat loss is time taken process. Time varies on multiple factors, your age, lifestyle, nutrition in your diet etc.

For Obese and Fat people - The best is don’t eat food and start 72 hours water fasting (3. Days - Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday).
Eat 1500 calories normal food dal roti ,dahi aur salad for Thursday, Friday , Saturday and Sunday.
Eat your last meal before sunset .
Try for 12 weeks it is very effective and loose weight ( 8 to 10 kg and reduce waistline by at least 5 inches.
All this is tried and tested .

High Protein high fiber medium Good fats and calories deficit along with Walking/Yoga/Endurance training.
I regularly workout and I am able to control sweet,desert intake,or bakery bcoz of that I'm in shape,take good protein intake n nutrition, but I am not able to reach the epitome of physical fitness with minimal fat on body bcoz I'm not able to control temptations of beverages especially in summer, I get strong craving right from childhood to drink chilled sherbats, like roohhafza, juices, mocktails,cocktails, I tried to replace it with diet coke,but artificial sweeteners give me feeling of nausea
