They aren't rare! Just ask a bank for some lol also the back is not the signing of the Declaration of Independence it is the presentation of the draft of it!
Be careful trying to spend this legal tender. You might be arrested. Literally. A 13 year old girl had the lunch lady call the police on her for trying to buy crappy nuggets with one. She was threatened with felony charges.
Yes they do still have them in BANKS but not many people know them, know people who collect, or something. Hell I didn't know in until someone tip me one time at my first job 2 years ago kept it since.
Its not like the 500$ the 2$ is still minted and given at 95% of banks. (Unless you live in the 5%) the 500$ bill is no longer minted and will get you a suspicious look. And likely cops called. Its better sold to a collector or kept in my opinion.
They are accounting for 3% of all U.S currency. The 2$ Bill is no oddity. It is very common most banks will gladly give them upon proper balance and will not question.
Most cashiers get really suspicious when you hand them a $2 bill.
So it's basically for the lols
It's not the signing of the Declaration of Independence. It's the presentation of a draft Declaration to Congress.

It's the constitution not declaration
Matthew Glasgow it's literally a paining called the Declaration of Independence.
No, it's the Declaration of Independence. It's not the signing, though. It depicts the presentation of a draft of the Declaration to Congress.
