Should $2 bills be discontinued by the treasury? Here are the pros and cons

- The 2 dollar bill isn't printed very often... should the treasury discontinue it? It might upset numismatics fans, but what about consumers and everyone else? Take a look at some pros & cons of eliminating the $2 bill and decide for yourself whether the Federal Reserve should instruct the Bureau of Engraving & Printing in fort worth to keep printing this cash money to supply the bank.

Get rid of the one dollar bill and produce more 2's, we have billions of dollar coins sitting around collecting dust,put them in circulation.
Get rid of the $1 bill, what can you bury for just a buck, even tax will bring it over $1. I use $2's everyday, and give my wife any change that I get back. Happy wife, happy life

I love them. They are artistically beautiful! I love giving them out, especially to grandchildren.
Keep the $2 bill and stop making the $1 bill. Will save on printing and get the $2 into circulation.
Pro: Paying a friend for my cost of a trip in a couple bank wrapped stacks of $2s and seeing his reaction. Starting at WTH is this and ending with genuine laughter and amusement.
The government doesn't loose money printing them, as the video states they make money. No brainier. Keep them around.
Will soon order two straps of $2 bills ($400 face) from my local bank at a overseas military base in Japan. Spreading them to our overseas base economy, my duty lol Keep printing them!
With inflation, swap the $1 bill to coin and bring the $2 as the “lowest bill in circulation”.

I got my 1st $2 bill in 1976 from my Uncle and I have always loved the $2 bill ever sense but I did not know that they have always been around since the 20 's and even before so now I'm not only spend them I also collect them So no we need to continue printing the $2 bill.
