      All you have to do is: 1 make a promiss to yourself, 2 find a way and 3 never break the promiss.
      The rule is, If other people can I can, you can.
      Just go for it! I´m on the journey myself.

    You guys are wicked. I love your videos. When you give demonstrations or variations you make it quick and easy to follow. 30 tips in 4 minutes. Give anyone else 30 tips to make they'd take 15 minutes.

    Im having a hard time trying to make my upper chest grow, i dont know how to do that with bodyweight workouts. It would be great if you guys could make a video about chest workouts and include some exercices that can target the upper chest.

      You can try decline push ups!

      It's really hard to build up your upper chest if you don't have the genes to put on mass there. You will always hit your whole chest even when you do exercises like Decline Push ups or Pike Push Ups. I don't say you can't build up mass there but it is really hard.
