Amazing!!! Really like your videoes guys. Im having a hard time trying to make my upper chest grow, i dont know how to do that with bodyweight workouts. It would be great if you guys could make a video about chest workouts and include some exercices that can target the upper chest.
It's really hard to build up your upper chest if you don't have the genes to put on mass there. You will always hit your whole chest even when you do exercises like Decline Push ups or Pike Push Ups. I don't say you can't build up mass there but it is really hard.
Yes i know i cant isolate any part of my chest. Anyway tnx guys, at least now i know im not doing anything wrong and all i have to do is work harder and be patient ;)
