    Got damn just found this page. Close to 400 lbs.... can t afford a gym membership..... 35 lb kettlebell in my closet. After checking this channel, I’m definitely gonna put that shit to use.

    ya, I'll chime in.
    still have a little bit of a pudding belly - but by mixing in some of the single kettlebell and occasional dumbbell\barbell workouts over the past couple years, I've seen solid increases to my core, trunk, and upper back muscles. to anyone seeing this channel for the first time, well worth the rotation into your routines. especially if you're like me and just don't wanna do the gym scene

    Not much more to say. I use the metcon 6 HC program and also some of the weekly stuff. It is awesome and highly usable for people which aren't on their technical peak with the KB yet.

    How would be the best way to find out your progression for beginners? I am a mountain biking enthusiast with a torn rotator cuff. I love kettle bell because I can do one with my “good” side (not a brother but a feminine athlete/mom) . Thank you in advance for anyone who will be able to answer this question.       Your progression would be based off analysis of your current level of strength & conditioning as well as your quality of movement.

      @@CoachMANdler I used two of your videos yesterday, I feel great. The warm up video was wonderful as I tried before the workout and did all of it after the workout. Thank you SO MUCh for your clear communication, presentation style and generosity of effort. Additionally, thank you for responding. I used anywhere from 8lb to 25 lb kettlebells. My skinny 19 year old son could do the 35 lb (Oy!) Your instruction style has him wanting to go back for more! (This is a huge compliment because he is a tall, skinny, mountain biker/skateboarder who does not have the confidence or knowledge to go to the gym by himself. Your instruction motivated him enough that he feels he could do these at his 24 hr gym when he returns to university. So much appreciation to you and your production team from Asheville, NC!

Including the Law/Torah. Matthew 5:17 “Do not presume that I came to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I did not come to abolish, but to fulfill. 18 For truly I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not [g]the smallest letter or stroke of a letter shall pass from the Law, until all is accomplished! 19 Therefore, whoever nullifies one of the least of these commandments, and teaches [h]others to do the same, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever [i]keeps and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven." Read 1 John. John tells us that sin is lawlessness, and that we must keep the commandments. Trust in the atonement of Yahushua/Yeshua who is usually called Jesus, and keep God (YHWH)'s whole Word/commandments. Revelation 12:17 So the dragon was enraged with the woman, and went off to make war with the rest of her children, who keep the commandments of God and hold to the testimony of Jesus. Revelation 14:12 Here is the perseverance of the saints who keep the commandments of God and their faith in Jesus.
