  • If each and every one of us lost 10 pounds - before getting on a plane on United Airlines - the company would save $80 million a year.
That's how big the impact of Ozempic would be on the US economy.
From airlines, grocery stores, restaurants and healthcare, this medicine that was meant for diabetes can reshape industries.

You failed to mention the side effects of taking Ozempic,.
Currently 55 lawsuits against the company,(Novo Nordisk) in progress. Gastroparesis, weakening of the stomach and lining, and gallbladder disease are the worst.
The Manufacturer emphasizes that side effects are listed on the packet warning label.
Cases are ongoing but more data is coming to light.

Ozempic can be considered for short 6 months after failure of low carbs and intermittent fasting for weight loss. I would not recommend these drugs be used indefinitely as recommended by pharma. -Dr Singh

The underlying mechanism is to habituate its users into eating less and healthier foods, which takes at least a few months. These appetite suppressants allow most people to carry through this change of diet and lifestyle without regularly depleting their willpower.

It's too bad that we need to have actual medicine to get people to control the food intake. If we were to teach our new generations to quantity control, lower sugar intake and proper exercise, that will hit the root cause of the whole diabetes/obesity problem.

@@uptin I appreciate the reply and your clarification, but the title of your video when taken at face value might suggest otherwise. While I watched the video and recognize the arguments you make in it, others might just take certain parts (namely, the title and the video’s immediate reference to ozempic) and run with it
