Dealt with a bit of writers / editor's block in regards to this video, and had to do some re-recordings so that all got me a bit de-motivated. Mmmbut, it's done now! Since it was taking awhile anyways, I also learned some basic After Effects to incorporate into it sooo hey; wasn't all bad

I freaking love the contrast I've seen between savagoths. Some are edgy some are orokin colored and the others look like they successfully robbed a candy shop and attached its contents to their skin.

Pirate update was on brand. Sevagoth stole Equinox's rightful modding scheme, chroma's ult rework, Equinox's ENTIRE night form in a single ability, AND a better version of Inaros' passive.
Edit: He also stole Valkyr's claws.

Also, Gloom actually workes very nicely as a subsume on a pure night equinox build. Energy siphon works through it and pacify so the drains are pretty managable, can use her four to build up shields off a couple kills and rferesh her health bar. It takes near to two hours of steel path and arbitrations surprisingly well.

You forgot some other major points that Sevagoth has.
Shadow is immune to Nullifer bubbles and Demolyst auras. The only way you can get pulled out of Shadow Form is if they touch Sevagoth himself.
And Shadow Claws don’t have the same restrictions as other exalted melee. They can damage things that are immune to powers like Arbitration drones.
I mean as long as you lifesteal yeah
Technically Stando takes 30% damage a second at a rate of 15% per .5 seconds in bubbles so you have like 3.5 seconds before Stando dies but sevy has lifesteal you could life strike the nullifier of something, it’s actually a lot of time to do whatever

@@lisabilby2006 I learned that you’re not actually immune. Shadow takes damage over time while in the bubble. But he kills nullifiers so quickly that it doesn’t matter.
Fun fact. You can still performance heavy attacks while playing as "fuckboi" so you can still kill nullifiers and enemies immune to consume. (Or break an enemy's overguard so you can yoink their soul)

Note: inaros himself doesn't need to do damage while his passive is active. Enemies around him have to get damage, from anywhere and any source.
If your allies are already doing damage, they can just as well shift to operator mode and Revive you.
Add cedo’s alt fire to it mixed with some slash and other damage over time and it’s *probably* easier to revive as inaros compared to sevagoth if you can’t aim well with his shadow’s 2 while the passive is active.
Edit: Forget the inaros part, if you’re solo and you try that, it won’t do much unless you do enough damage to kill the enemies right after your inaros starts using his passive.

Inaros in his cusrrent state is a trash frame only worth using if you're literal dog shit in the game, he has no damage, almost no survivability with his abilities, useless and limited directional blind, a trash AOE slash CC, MISSION SLOWDOWN HEAL THAT IS FASTER TO JUST SPAM KIDDO FORM TO HEAL THAN USE THAT SHIT, and a small armor increase

Passives 1000% need a rework at this point. Garuda, Protea, Sevagoth all have amazing passives while Rhino, Nekros, and Inaros for example are all trash.

You can build him to be strong enough for any content in the game without spending many formas, but i couldn't hellp myself.
My mesa already had. 250 forma because I was bored during wait within. Then I had to restart and am now working my way back.

This showcase of Sevagoth is very cool and informative. I never knew some of the nuances of Sevagoth's abilities, hell, I didn't know Sevagoth's and his shadow's Reap doesn't stack. I love how complex he is

That statement becomes _so much funnier_ after The New War and Whispers in the Walls.
Note: sevagoth's death shadow hit kills every enemy that isn't a boss
meaning you can hitkill sentients and demolitors/demolysts with it case you get to die
Sevagoth gloom's slow caps at 90% and its always at effect, which means he's a better nova depending on your build
if you think gloom is draining too much enermy, place primed continuity/continuity, since its a toggle ability it will make you drain less energy per time
It's a 95% cap.
Could also just subsume gloom onto garuda and suddenly drain is a complete non-issue. Boom, there's your infiniite 95% slow totem.

Frames aren't bad or unbalanced ...
Warframe just needs actual REWARDING(!) casual activities ... where fun and player expression is paramount ...
You can force it on yourself, with relics, but there is always the feeling of being not as efficient and loosing your time.
It's hard to even concieve a solution. ( for me at least ... as Warframe is a big messy spaghetti pomodoro of progression)
Making me having "big thonks" when all i want is being with valkyr, her scratching my back until the bones of the spine are almost exposed :3

I've watched this video dozens of times, Sev has been my mainframe since his release, I knew I'd love playing him from the beginning I'd bought the tempestarrii pack and played through the quest with sev. My favorite part of him is his passive for sure.
You are funny, enthusiastic, good at explaining and you have managed to keep my interest through the entire video. For these reasons and a couple more you have gained a supporter and a subscriber. 😊

To fix Inaros' passive make it so that he has a seperate Sandstorm that triggers when downed and pulls enemies towards him, then make it so instead of damage reviving him it's the amount of targets tethered to him, which would all die on a successful revive.
Idk if I misheard it but gloom slows everything in the radius down just the energy costs can't be higher than for 10 enemys

@@OfficialMrWallace first and second ability help fill the well which is what you need to use your fourth ability which is the Shadow.
First ability is like a battering ram that kills everything in front of you. Second ability does damage over time to your enemies. Really good for crowd control. Third ability I'm still trying to figure out how to use.
But the Fourth Ability is where you get to have fun! Full on hand to hand melee and it's awesome! And you can mod your shadow too just like you do a Warframe. Sevagoth has a lot of potential and it's like several frames in one. Inaros, Nekros, and Chroma. But the resurrection part after you die is tricky bc the only attack you can use is a long range dash that shoots you pretty far. If you end up dying make sure there are a lot of enemies nearby that your shadow can kill
Unlike inaros, you are mobile but you don't have a lot of time before you actually die and have to respawn
I was honestly thinking of chroma instead equinox. His ability looks similar except you can't control it yourself and it doesn't have much modification outside of changing the element it uses.

I did some looking into, sevagoth is treated as 2 frames in 1 in the game’s coding, so mods like preparation work because it is a fresh spawn for the Warframe. Think of it as spawning into the mission or using a revive charge. It works like that according to the game. So that’s why the energy pool resets to its base if you don’t use preparation for some reason or another.

Actually you can consistently revive with Inaros if your 4 is out. Damage from any of his powers counts towards it actually.

At 12:21 the cap you're talking about is the drain cap so enemies that are inside the ring are slowed even if there are more than 10 enemies

By default the ability drains 0 energy (yes you can use zenurick or energy siphon to recharge if nobody is in the area) for every enemy that enters your drain increases (with >100 efficiency it stops being linear with the total energy used and the 10th enemy’s energy value dropping more than the other bits) if you reach 10 people the drain hard caps but you continue freezing people

For example
Natural slow limit with cold is I think 80%, Xaku can achieve 100%, though unreliabley, Sevagoth can achieve a max of 95%

What I always do is use Zenurik dash before transforming to Shadow. It helps Sevagoth and Shadow regenerate energy.
And if I need to group enemy, I will just use 4 then 1 then 4 again.
Theory: Sevagoth's Shadow is the one really controlling sevagoth, sevagoth is just a Warframe possessed by himself, unpossessing himself at times.

Very late reply, but sevs shadow and claws count as an exalted weapon, all exalted weapons can go through limbos bubble

I may or may not have been fine tuning an Ansem cosplay with Sevagoth.
Invigorating Sevagoth with helminth and a good build put together makes him even better, but you have to rely on him popping up on there for invigoration as well as making sure you do it before the next rotation of frames for helminth to invigorate.

I’m farming this frame just to make a jotaro kujo cosplay
I went for a 95% slow and silence, inspired by a video (by zita wup i think?). It is really fun to see the ennemies hold to their heads forever.
I also went for a tanky shadow since when you die your passive can still be killed, to make sure sevagoth is immortal.
I was surprised to see how getting rid of sow wasn't much of a deal, reap does the job of filling the well and i didn't miss the explosion so much.
It's a build that aims more towards steel path though reap kills a lot of lower level ennemies just by itself.
(It was a forma *DRAIN* though, i know it wasn't necessary to make sev good but i couldn't help myself out of curiousity)
Yea sev is a God darm forma sink, I honestly only build him and his shadow for one build and that alone cost me ten forma.
I'll likely at some point forma him even more so I can give him more options but I'm satisfied with him for now
