- Why to use multigrain flour instead of plain wheat white flour? The main staple food and tummy filler in a large part of the world is Wheat Bread, Roti, Chapati, naan. It is full of starch which is usually more than our body activity and need. So with changing life style over use of starch is creating metabolic disorders and lot of diseases. This video provides a very simple solution of blending wheat, barley, oat, gram, quinoa, pearl millet, sorghum, flaxseed and moringa to make a multigrain healthy flour for bread making.

Excellent Basra Sahib. Wheat has lost its nutrition through industrialisation as have many other foods, it should be seen as toxic and addictive. I remember my elderly relations complaining about the flour from mills being bad for their digestion preferring handmilled homegrown wheat. Modern milling destroys the whole grain and we are lucky to get 40%. Giving up grain for 4 weeks has brought major changes, improving my joints ,muscles and stamina. I had been using vegetable-based proteins and avoiding meat to avoid muscle loss with age but Beef packs a major punch.At 68 running 6.5 miles in 1 hour, 15 mins seem effortless now with improved stamina and quick recovery. Nutrition at any age is crucial but in old age its a life saver.My appetite has improved immensely and eating and digesting 16oz steak with vegetables has stunned me. You are doing amazing work,God bless you.
Problem is with milling. Modern wheat varieties are better than previous in all aspects

MashAllah Dr sb you're a gem of a person. May Allah Give you jazaye khair. I'm suffering from extreme hypertension so I have ordered the Multi grain flour from Virsa and will InnShaAllah use it regularly. Will stop using whole wheat flour and then see the results.
Please pray for me that my high BP issue gets resolved soon, very worried.
