    One thing to add..Our bodies handle grains differently.
    Ex:
    Jowar vs. Maida:
    While jowar and maida have similar nutritional values, our bodies digest them differently. Jowar, rich in fiber, slows down digestion, leading to sustained energy release and feelings of fullness for longer period. Conversely, maida's rapid digestion spikes blood sugar, promoting hunger pangs.

    Siddharth BHAI lots of love from PAKISTAN. Please let me know that we are measuring 100gm of atta before kneading it to dough ?Cause 100gm of atta is approx. 210 gm of dough.

    • @axoltl1
      @axoltl1 Před rokem +1

      Yes, that's correct. Think logically; the nutrient information for the 100g of flour remains the same before and after kneading, you are only adding water to it to make dough. And water has no energy value in terms of calories. So while 210g of dough is higher in mass, if you used 100g of dry atta to make it then the 210g dough contains the same nutritional value as 100g of dry atta.

      It's fine. Don't overthink about timing of taking protein, the effect of that is very small. Just make sure you get enough protein, calories and other nutrients as per your requirements, and train hard in the gym. You will get good results. Also if your only major source of protein is this 1.5 scoops of whey protein, then it might be better to increase your protein intake. Try to eat more dal, chana, rajma, etc. Drink milk or eat dahi. If you are nonvegetarian then eat a couple of eggs for breakfast.

    Ans why we cant normal milk and paneer for fat loss ?
    Pls help

    • @axoltl1
      @axoltl1 Před 2 lety

      You can drink normal milk and eat paneer. It just depends on the quantity which you take. There are roughly 62 calories in 100ml of whole cow's milk, 97 calories in 100ml of buffalo milk and 300 calories in 100g of paneer. There are less calories in low fat/skim milk or low-fat paneer, which is why people suggest that you eat those if trying to lose fat. But it's not necessary, you can consume regular milk and paneer also, just calculate the amount based on your calorie requirement.
