Do we go through Lysaker station? I used to commute to Oslo from there in 1969-1970! Or does this new stretch of line by-pass Lysaker? Thanks for these videos. They are a wonderful way of seeing Norway.

Brilliant video, it shows the Norwegian Rail network in a new light! One thing to consider is your use of the drone, yes the footage is nice to see, but if it were to get caught in an unexpected gust of wind and brought down onto the catenary system or another train, the ramifications for the network, your employer and your job may be quite catastrophic. By all means entertain other people as a sideline, but don't jeopardise your main source of footage and income. Driver's eye views allow people to see the country in a way which they would otherwise not ever be able to do, and it helps fit the geographical jigsaw puzzle together. I really look forward to your future videos, they are so much better than watching television in the UK at the moment, they are so much more informative. My main fear it that the more risky aspects of your footage gets you stopped from using your camera at all. Within Europe many drivers of different types of vehicles have been stopped from recording the footage of their daily travels, some have been stopped from showing the controls of the vehicles they drive;. I really hope this doesn't happen to you, as I love Norway, and travelling along the rural railways from a driver's perspective allows me to see so much of such a beautiful country. Keep up the good work, but not at the cost of disciplinary action, I'd be devastated by the loss of your chanel, simply due to you being forced to stop. Take care of yourself, and keep up the good work, the history side of the Norwegian railway network is as interesting are that actual workings of it, so a little history lesson in your videos, like the information about the change in the route of the Drammenbanen will certainly be appreciated by me.

Thanks alot for your comment and insight! Atleast my drone is very small (249g)
Ill keep including maps and explain about our railroad network. The editing is a learning process tho. Takes some time....

Thanks so much for the continuation of a very interesting video. I like the drove shots. You get a bird's eye view of what is going on and where stuff is.
A couple of questions: How many kilovolts are on the catenary? Is there a reason that trains in the yard have their pantographs up?
    Have a good one! Dave

Hi.Thx again for your kind comment. Fire away with questions! Its 15Kv on the catenary. And the hz Are 1/3 lover than the usual outlet (we got 50hz in house outlet in Norway). The reason pantographs are up is part be quick to start up. Not much downtime on them. And to keep heat or AC going. This is a closed railroad yard approved for pantograph up parking. To park with pantograph up in Norway you must meet one of the following three criteria: Train unclimbable, closed railyard or guarded by personell.

Flyga drönare är väl förbjudet varför frågar du inte först dåligt av dig
Att sen lägga ut det på you tube dåligt tala med din arbetsgivare om du har tillstånd och att du har körkort för drönare
    Det finns kurser för det
