Many players like LaMelo , Trae or Luka they look their teammate, then watch left and pass right... Nikola looks his teammate, and pass to another one

He definitely isnt athletic but sometimes that plays to his advantage for longevity. Guys who's effectiveness relies entirely on being able to outjump everyone dont last as long. The great players fall back on experience and IQ to extend their careers. Lebron is still an athletic freak but he has worked on the rest of his game a lot over the years. Imagine Westbrook in year 20. No jumper, cant jump over everyone anymore. What does he have left? Turnovers. (That said, I like Westbrook. I hope he spends the offseason working on his shot and comes back to shut everyone up next year.)
