- Eachine e520s I have done a review, easy way to how to calibrate eachine e520s, eachine e520s unboxing, also tear apart eachine e520 with some guidance. Its a nice, small eachine quadcopter with an integrated GPS system which makes it the cheapest eachine GPS drone on the market. I have done it few drone hacks hope will brings better flying experience.

Nice tear down! I just bought E520S for $65 before tax, so price is pretty good. E520S having SD card is a big plus, as many cheaper drones these days don't have SD card slot. E520S range is only 200m (FPV and control), but Other drones which can go out to 1Km still has only 200m FPV range (no SD card slot either), so I don't see point of having long range without FPV or SD card slot to record.
The hacks are awesome! Didn't expect that!

Very nice hacks, ill be sure to try those out! Also: I have an 3.0v revision of the main board which fried, it has a 4 pin GPS module. I've got send this 3.2v revision you have as an replacement. What GPS 6 pin module is that?

You are a drone surgeon hahaha. Do we need to calibrate drones without GPS option? My drone E520 not lifting from front left leg!!! And it rotates in ground! What may be the issue?

Batteries charging twinkle between red an blue. When fully charged, static blue. I took it with two batteries and one of them doesn't reach the static blue, but works fine despite that. Flight doesn't last 16 minutes, would better say 13/14 even in speed 1.
Happy with the GPS model (520s), very good value for the price : 80 € with 2 batteries and the case, direct from China.

I think I'll glue the propellers into a static position too! If the drone is more stable, maybe w'll even get some useable footage out of this camera!

You had as one of your cons the range, what are you comparing it against?
If i understand u correctly , i didnt compare range or put it on a test! Just done a quick hack for an extra range....
Hello, when I try to connect it with the app eachine GPS, the fpv from the drones camera show pink or white and not the camera footage, any help please;
Your camera it's not working which is common thing at this brand! I assume

Appreciate the look inside, but why the hell would you glue the propellers so they're harder to store and less balanced, they don't perform any better (see reviews of new folding props for fpv quads).
firstly u cant find them on the market -static props also there is pros and cons flying with them
