How would you compare it with the smaller E58? is it any better?
My E520s (non pro) has the same issue with just descending whenever a little bit of wind is present. Apparantly it has insufficient power to hold altitude and position at the same time with any wind when the battery is half empty.
The SD card slot is there, but hard to spot.
It's under the drone, beneath the circular, white sticker.

Hi. Whats the difference to the eachine eg16 winggod?
I got my drone last week. I tried to flew it twice but encounter the same problem. After a minute Its descending all the time, like he is lacking power to stay up. Very disappointing. Maybe there are faulted batteries?
That's annoying I would try and send it back if you can.
What is the best option for a $200 drone with follow me and good flying time and good quality?

You must have gotten a faulty one. This was my first drone and it worked perfectly

@@TheDShow On the lower end, about 125mtrs but that's about the usual distance I fly, even with my Fimi I rarely go out more than 500 metres because of the area I fly in

It was called Eachine TEC the one recommended in the manual
Is this problem falling to ground solved?
To be fair, I have an e520s (non-"pro") and not only does it have an SD card slot (which works perfectly), but it will easily hit its rated range. It's also surprisingly good in the wind, competitive to the original Mavic Mini for wind tolerance. I've taken pictures with it at 250 feet AGL (it's a software-forced altitude restriction) in high wind, and they had no blurring at all. The video on it, admittedly, is just awful. But the photos on it are fairly good, especially after being edited in post-production.
Don't even compare this to the mini dude this thing is a kids toy
How did you bypass the altitude limit? And did you have to supplement the antennae on the drone or controller to go higher? The video on my e520s was pretty terrible until I got the SD card to work (you have to use a high speed SD card) but I ordered a pro and did not realize that it was missing the SD slot, that’s pretty frustrating.
are you sure this drone doesnt support micro SD cards? it says on the eachine website that it does. Also the eachine 520s (not pro version) does support it so i cant imagine why the more expensive pro version would not.
I couldn't see a Micro SD slot I really hope I didn't miss it but there didn't seem to be one. I only had the drone for a short time so I can't recheck sorry...

I’ve had mine for about 3 months now and have yet to get it off the ground. I’ve followed every direction and other videos. Over it!

Mine works fine and also has a micro sd card. Are you sure you are testing the right model?! As far as I can see ALL e520s models will take a micro sd card. You seem to be very unlucky. You should return the item and askfor a replacement as there are plenty of other CZcams reviews which show this drone works well. It is good value for money.

My 520S )non pro) drone has a similar rapid-descent issue, but it occurs whenever the drone is pointed into a headwind. I tested the theory over a dozen times and it happened EVERY time. As soon as I rotated it to "face" the headwind, the decent began. I could recover if I could rotate it to face anywhere but into the wind. I'm stumped.
Very strange, maybe it's a fault with some sensor.
This drone can flip 360?
Why? "Filming" quadcopter should not flip during operation.

just got this 4k e520s pro from aliexpress looking for a cheap drone
Someone else commented and said it worked fine for them so it could just be a faulty model for me its happened before. I could not see a microsd slot no
@@TheDShow so i tried mine out... i noticed one propeller wouldn't idle at start. it only spun when i dialed it up to go up slightly. and then it wouldn't level. it kept going up then down up down then hits the ground then up :0 i also coudnt find a way for my android phone to link to it. the eachine teac app just says "hover/lock" and no video feed. there isn't a 'start' button i can see as stated in the manual. so sad.

My E520S works ok, it is not the best drone and I won't be recommended too, the fly is not ideal but I guess for a beginner one it does the job and you can learn and crashed a lot. The video on my drone does not work all the time, sometimes takes videos and pictures and sometimes it does not.

Just bought this drone a few days ago (before seeing this video) and I absolutely regret it... it has all of the problems discussed in the video... here's hoping I can get my money back!

I have had the 520s for 12 months and have no trouble at all it is faultless and easy to fly my range would be at least 200 metres but I have extended the ariel which is very easy to do search for how to extend range. Of eachine drones it really works

So is the difference between the E520S PRO and the E520S non pro is the "Camera Adjustment Angle"?
And would you recommend either for a first-time-flyer.. or something else, like the less expensive E58? I think the E32HW has been discontinued?

I want a drone that has all the features of this drone, has a decent range, and the camera in the drone shouldn't lag when the video is received on the phone, But I want a drone under 200$. Which drone do you recommend?

It is a cheap toy which barely look like DJI Mavic Air. From inside it is made from same scheme as similar WiFi GPS toy quadcopters with control from phone for like last 6 years already. I wonder if it even have brushless motors.
Can you next time please choose a 2.4 Ghz if there is that option? It's all 5G nowadays. If it's a present for a kid they may not have a 802.11 ac phone.
I don't always have a choice when getting review units. But I know not everyone is on 5g I will bare that in mind. Thanks
You gain data speed, but lose range with 5 ghz.
Without SSD Card facility the drone is useless
It does have a slot, but it's hard to spot.
It's under the white, circular sticker on the belly of the drone.
