What? That's the shortcut rig used for resurfacing with the jug still on the engine. If you already have it off, why not do it the better way - holding the jug in a fixture and milling it?

Who is the manufacturer/name of that exhaust port resurfacing fixture? I've use one called Pneu-Port, which looks different but similar in function to yours.
