Its been brought to my attention that the screenshot I was referencing was from later. I havent been able to verify the info myself but its worth mentioning incase I was thinking of a different scene but when it appears is mostly irrelevant and an "aksually" as both situations take place in the same type of location I was referencing. (see i can get things wrong too, also you guys didnt have to post WRONG and :) at me...assholes

I really appreciate NGS content outside of gear/meta topics. Most don’t understand how much it builds community. I remember when you used to watch these in base PSO2 era.
I understand there wasn’t much incentive for lore videos, but I want more creators to make lore, rp and CS content. And when Line Strike starts, I hope we get folk to do in-depth videos on it.
I can feel our community growin’ slowly and branchin’ out. Makes me happy.
Just thought I'd chime in since not everyone is fluent in ARKS font.
The pod in the SS around the 14 minute mark says it's OPEN while the one behind it says its CLOSE(D).
I don't think the SS bears any significance beyond visually represent Deep cool sleep pods. Which btw aren't anything special. Every ARKS ship is equipped with them and its the primary way of gaining new ARKS member NPC's in Phantasy Star Nova on the PS Vita.
Really wish we can go back to the old fonts . Pso2 had nailed it alot right off the bat.
@@Aes_Saru i absolutely love PSO2's font! It strikes the right balance of being readable yet looking alien. NGS's is much harder to get into for me but maybe im just not exposed to it enough yet
The first seconds of NGS are you hearing being dropped and being referred to as 909, so what our character recounted is true. How long they were awake, nobody knows.
Yep, Manon specifically points out how the Nameless City is high up in space among the stars, went over my head at first.

Da 909 he created is DEFINITELY still in da pod, and I wonder how they’ll be relevant (‘cause I’m sure they will). We ARE DA GUARDIAN.
I also wonder if any other important characters were put in cryostasis?
Aina is our deuteragonist (similar to Matoi), so I’m sure she’s special in some way. Even Zephetto said she exceeded his expectations.
On an unrelated note, Sukunahime is one of my favorite PSO2 characters, and she’s a deity, so I wonder if she could’ve survived… Phaleg and the Xion clones also come to mind.
All da ARKS ops wit’ “Xi” in their name are obviously descendants of Xiao (or da main Xiera, at least), so I’m led to wonder who else has descendants.

I believe you are right. I understood the same thing as you from what Zephetto said in the cutscene: The "real" 909 is still in the pod.
Also, fore reference, the "Ester Egg" Flashback is actually from Episode 5; I would attach the URL here, but I don't think youtube will let me :v
The mission in Episode 5 is "An Enigmatic Assault".
For the sake of my own streaming on Twitch a week or two ago, I was doing said mission in conjunction with the NGS Story, to connect them together.
Krono, you undersood right the thing with 909. Also, Nameless City is clearly an Arks City Ship. Just load the advanced City Area mission from base and compare.

Zephetto, in some ways is kind of a reversal of Luther, where Luther basically stopped caring about anything and saw ARKS as just by-products of his peoples' machinations (and his own), Zeph, despite also being the originator of the new ARKS defenders, had a sort of dogmatic reverence for the old ARKS, and sees them as the key to the entire future. They're the only thing that matters to him.
Also, the reason you're thinking Council of Seven is because there ARE seven of them. Quna was Seat Zero; the unlisted assassin, but technically a part of the council too. :)
Here what I think whats going on...
1) You are the same Guardian that was cryo stasis and due of that memory degraded.
2) From the distant future you where send to the past but remembering that Akashic Record was closed from all this time.
3) Something happened that someone re open the Record for time traveling.
4) You where sent to the past that is not part of main stream line but could be altenative time line due of failing on the future...Like Persona and Matoi case.
5) One of the fight Guardian was on Akashic Record until recieve push from behind by Aina Father.
6) Akashic was Opened from the future that affect on past timeline which you are in.
There is more to what could be happening so far. Side note Halpa people doesnt know about outer space which its that kind big reveal for them.
Wrong, "SHE" was wearing outfit from post-EP.3 on that flashback. Also holding new Rod.
UPD: I dug up ALL chapters through and through and actually found the EXACT moment of a flashback: Ep.5 Ch.2 "An Enigmatic Assault"

@@TheSonicBlades I hope NGS utilize Omega better then og pso2 did. Cause I feel like they could still work with it just make it better then "this is just a dream world"
