Failing is so damn scary if you have one augment it really gets annoying tbh all that farming just to see it fail lmao
always have a backup option or dont upgrade unless your ready with protects. there are alot of budget choices that are worth investing into that people tend to skip
Love that premium players have all the augment protect.but free to play only get like one or two. I'll be bis if I had that as well.

@azuresea7183 work has everything to do with it. You being ftp doesn't make you have the same luxury as a premium user. If you want BIS gear then your going to put in work to farm for those augments
I have seen too many people using Fixa 1 Fatale, like too many of them.
Please, if you plan to stay on Fixa 1, just use Fixa attack.
Abandac is very very expensive to set up and requires many expensive augments from scratch count bonus from multiple AC scratches. Usually they need like 60+~80ish pulls on a single banner and you need multiple banners for that to work.
Unless we are having Highstia Domina or other capsules with higher potency, currently with BiS setup, Fixa attack will win against Fixa Fatale at all levels.
But giving this trend, we are likely to see Lux Halphinale II, Gran Gladia Six Glan Gigas Maste II, we might see Mastery V in the future (Maybe in 6 months?). I would be more careful on gear upgrades.
Also, my first thought before Eredim was out was that, if people already using lv5 Fixa why are they still on LC? But Eredim is surely an exception because how Fixa 5 is achievable.
lf players are using LCs, Fatale potency build will still win against Attack at Fatale 4 and 5. I would not recommend players doing potency build though unless they are slayers, because they are losing HP and or PP from not using other augmebts that provide them extra HP or PP.
i recommend...simply using the calculator made by our good friend cakewalk to understand exactly where you stand! but yeah mostly go attack at low fix and youll be comfy in most cases. tho fatale and attack are pretty close atm at low tier gearing

Honestly Maxing out is probably just for future proofing for content down the line. Although the only thing we'd be waiting for is another rerun of the regions it would appear.
ever since i started maxing my gear its been way easier keeping up with the current gear levels and have money to get fashion items i dont have to instantly jump to new gear i can move over to stuff when im ready (im just usually already ready by the time it comes out)
Maxing out is for folding bosses and producing giant numbers.

pretty sure i did in this vid its the effective damage slot. fixa chart is the percentage of dps difference between them
