From an insurance point of view....never ever admit fault. ;)

@@OwNid I didn't say deny...just don't admit. Subtle difference.
@@waldo9254 If I don't admit fault let's say, for a theft, I'm implicitly denying about stealing. Semantics don't help when it's a sinonym
@@OwNid Let's suppose that I have a jar full of jellybeans, and I say that there are an even number of them. Do you agree with me? If not, are you saying that the number is odd? No, of course not. The thing to do is to reserve your judgement until the jellybeans are counted and verified. You don't have to admit fault at the side of the road. Just don't say what happened until you consult with a lawyer, and let the court sort it out (i.e. count the jellybeans.) That being said, I do think it's respectable for anyone to admit to their mistakes.
I feel so bad for the victims on video #3. Of course the damn drunk driver got away without any injuries while everyone else now has a lifetime of pain because the loser.
I felt that guy's pain. My mum broke her hip had multiple operations on it but unfortunately she ended up sepsis and her body shut down. I hope this man is ok and it actually ticks me of that the drunk driver is almost always getting out of these unhurt.

Omg that biker at 4. Good reaction time, dude, can't believe you came out with yourself and the bike upright!
Clip #7. My boy, you ran into the driver of the van. You had plenty of time and space to brake and/or swerve to the right. Stop trying to express your anger or frustration and actually start trying to AVOID car accidents. It’s called defensive driving. 👍
yip just lay on the horn and hope for the best!!
Stop "victim" blaming. The van is totally at fault. The defensive driving you suggest will most likely cause him to have cracked rims, destroyed/burst tires and mess up his alignment/steering. The other guy drives away because he wasn't hit and good luck trying to get his insurance to pay for damages, it's been shown to happen many times on this channel. The one who causes the damage just drives off leaving you paying.
The van driver ran into the cammer, ya know. Yes cammer could have braked, but it still is the van's fault since he came over across 3 lanes.

@@MetalAsFork Weird how that spelling is used so often by the cammer that it wasn't flagged by autocorrect.
@@SirBarth Large gap in front of semi leads me to think it was experiencing some issue and couldn't move, and when the pickup decided to go around the lanes to the right were clear. There was SO MUCH time, and clear lane to the right, how and why the Honda didn't divert even in the slightest would lead me to place 100% fault for the accident on the Honda. People need to pay way more attention to their surroundings and give one another more leeway, it would've cost that Honda driver absolutely nothing to brake and merge right letting the pickup out, but they chose to "defend" their lane like they somehow had sole ownership of it and got flipped on their lid for it.
20. Was going way too fast. Then when the down pour came refused to slow down. Still going as fast as possible until it was too late.
Dumb comment.
Yep, sudden downpour causing surface water = loss of traction at high speed

#27 Pick up truck was at fault here, if he/she wanted to make a right turn, the car should have been in the right lane, period.
Same for #35.
The fact the cammer even needs to ask...
I disagree. Yes the pickup changes lanes and immediately made a right turn however I guarantee you he checked his mirror and never saw the guy coming. Why? Simply because the other driver was going way too fast. If this went to a judge along with video I can see the judge splitting this to 50-50.
@@AB-jz9ns I disagree with you. To my eyes truck turned right into lot from the left lane. He did not obtain the right lane, then turn right. The guy going straight owned the lane. He may or may not have been going too fast(or just looks fast because left lane cars were stopped?) Truck cut him off.

Lane splitting is a dangerous thing to do on motorcycle. Why it's a law in some states is beyond me.
@@onemannews Because bikers have a lobby and CA needs more organ donations.
@@onemannews because in California lane splitting was for 35 miles an hr or less to keep air cooled bikes from over heating even chp bikes, but like all laws of the road people will break them in a car or on a bike.
@@harrycarry638 Stupid law way back then and now with everything causing California in the state of Cancer, they really need to stop this stupid lane splitting law.
@@onemannews I'm pretty sure lane splitting is illegal in all states unless it's stopped/very slow traffic. Once you're above like 20 or 30 mph, you're jsut asking to die threading between cars like that.

#2 If either of those vehicles was insured with State Farm, they are in luck. This happened right in front of a State Farm office. They could easily walk inside and make a claim. 😊

Why would you face time anyone while you are driving? That girl and her mother are a little on the insane side if they thought that was a good idea.
yes you would think any normal mum would of told her daughter to get off the phone.
His co-worker was a complete and utter moron, that's why.
Oh, so many reasons! Too busy driving around to do it any other time. Besides, there's nothing better to do while you're operating a 1.5, 2, or 3 ton vehicle (or whatever they weigh these days). And soon, cars really will be able to drive themselves, so might as well get in practice now for the day when humans don't need to drive.
At first I was thinking maybe #14 lost his brakes and decided to use the truck to stop himself.
That, or his accelerator got stuck under the floor mat or something. But noooooo. Just another drunk on the road. 😂
13:04 This is why you don't lane split. I don't care if it's legal in your state. It's dangerous and irresponsible. I believe in looking out for bikers and respecting their right to equal access to the road, but going by in between cars at any rate of speed is reckless and just asking for trouble. Lane splitting should be illegal worldwide.

I think it is ok if traffic is very slow or stopped, but the speed of the motorcycles should be under 20 mph in case someone opens a door.
Splitting in fast moving traffic should be prohibited.

9:19 puberty hit like a bus
As a professional truck driver, it baffles me, the copious amount of stupidity I am forced to watch on a daily basis, it is amazing I don't see a fatal accident everyday. I see stupidity from not just the car drivers but from so called professional truck drivers. The biggest thing I see is the lack of proper following distance and distracted driving. People as a young man have I have almost died twice from accidents, both of witch weren't my fault. One I was passenger to a 70mph multiple rollover, the other I was tee-boned off of my motorcycle at 50mph, through the grace of God I survived both with very mild injuries. What to learn from this, slow down- your not saving that much time unless you are literally speeding all the way across the united states, slow down- because you really aren't that important and 8 times out of 10 were you are going isn't all that important either and if it is chances are it can wait, slow down cause it saves gas, money, and could save your life in a lot of ways.
Road rage can escalate quickly when you're surrounded by bad drivers.

10:52 Pickup at fault.
no. The pickup didn’t check b4 turning and wasn’t in the correct lane to do so, but the car did saw that the traffic slow down on the other lane, so 50/50 imo
#27 you can clearly see that the pickup truck is turning right from the far left lane. They are definitely at fault
The one lesson you should learn is NEVER make left turns cross traffic without a light...
#28. The occupants of the truck should be deported, assets liquidated and the money given to the cammer
Jailed then deported. I doubt they have assets but whatever they have should be forfeited. However, cammer had a Yield sign. He did have the right-of-way but should have been slowing down at that intersection. The terrain looks wide open there so drivers can see vehicles approaching the intersection. The idiots in the red pickup are obviously coming up to the stop sign. You shouldn’t assume that the vehicle is going to stop and at least slow down for the Yield sign and give yourself a way out if that truck runs the stop sign. All that being said, that is some of the dumbest intersection signage I have ever seen. Do they not have electricity there?
0:33 the Honda did react, you can see the brake lights. This was 100% on the pick-up driver due to the bonehead lane change without checking that the lane was clear.
Some of these would be avoidable if the camera people were better drivers
#29 yes! I always base my interactions on the road by what the vehicle is or looks like. Specs like Certain models, rims, heavy tints, previous aggressive driving. Good call

1:50 Idiot in a Pickup not driving with due regard or consideration causes that crash.
2:29 Honks first then speeds up from 37 to 41 going towards a set of lights that are red. I would honestly consider both at fault here.
ikr... He was on his horn faster and longer than he was either on his brakes or taking evasive action. People do not understand they have an obligation to avoid an accident. That is part of the consideration. I would put at least 50% on the cammer.
Some of these cammers must have more free time and money than I do to waste on all the aggravation of choosing to get in a wreck instead of hitting the brakes. I must work in the wrong industry.
A lot of people are so stupid. They are addicted to the horns. They use it as a crutch for everything. I cannot tell you how many accidents I have avoided by taking evasive actions rather than laying on my horns and hoping the other person makes the adjustments.
@@markeyfarrell this is mind-boggling logic. You think a driver who cuts across multiple lanes (without having right of way) at the last second so they can avoid missing their turn is less at-fault because the car(s) they hit didn't react to your liking? Did you want them to swerve onto the curb and destroy & immobilize their own car to avoid the accident while the crazy driver just leaves?
If you believe that, then you probably drive like the van driver and have zero regard for right of way. The displayed speeds on dashcams are slightly delayed as you can see when the driver slowed from the unsafe van driver cutting into them and causing an accident.
I should ask: if you hear honking while changing multiple lanes abruptly, shouldn't you cease changing lanes?
#6 is coming into Kansas City from the west. There are so many accidents there because people think they "have" to treasure I70 to get through when in reality, you can take either I70 or I670. This is one of the more common accidents at that verge.
No. 3 man I hope he makes a full recovery DUI drivers make me sick 🤢
7.) Classic example of someone's ego causing their vehicle damage. Even if the van was way in the wrong this moron didn't hit his brakes at all. You can even see him turn into her slightly right before impact. 🤡
Also speeds up whilst approaching a red light. Pure potato. So easily avoidable
I’m okay with it. Solid line meant nothing to the van.
@@janela424 And simple laws of physics meant nothing to the cammer.
I can't stand these people whose only idea of a defensive measure is to lay on their horns like a child.
"Even if..." Victim did brake, honk, and swerve but might have hit curb from accident or avoiding it then bounced back, or maybe just turned left slightly to avoid curb.
Apparently, "spicking" is some form of new age math where each part, when added up, equals more than 100%.
I want to know who the third party was.
Kinda feels like someone typed it enough times to make their phone add it to the dictionary. Somebody over here calling out their own racism lol!
@@peteranserin3708 I think they're including the semi who was apparently rear ended by the pickup, but I don't understand why they'd be at fault. I think this person doesn't understand how insurance fault is calculated and they just made shit up.
15. Hahahahaha just another typical mustang driver 🤣
Yessir I watched all 17 minute video! brother
#14 How does that. Even happen? Oh… figures.
Driving while high, then let’s morph it into insurance fraud and bodily injury. How unusual.
@@mred8002The CZcams deity didn’t like your comment. I had to switch to ‘Newest’ to see the post.
100 percent he's either drunk, high, or on his phone, or some combination of that. It's absurd
#3 scared the shit outta me :O wasn't expecting that :S
“ if you can’t dodge it , ram it “
@Himars roflmao!! So true
@@cathifamjourney469 lol
Just because you have the right of way is no reason to not stop and really intentionally hit an at fault driver. The biggest part of driving is defensive driving.
Driving is one of the scariest things you can do. You have to constantly keep your eyes open. And if people would put their damn phones down it would be easier. Or use their turn signals, or check the blind spots, or pretty much do anything.
0:23 "One of the cars had to go to the hospital". Wow.
What in tarnation did the rig driver do? Why put them in your hypothesis of being at fault..
15:26 me leche….BAM!……ahhh dude!!
I died!!!!😂😂😂😂😂😂
2nd video boy did that car flip quick
1:55 and don't forget "also I was following to closely."
16:54 she should not have a license… you have to be very special in the head to think it’s okay to facetime anyone while driving. She’s holding her phone right infront of her face distracting her & probably no futher than 6 inches from her face obstructing her view of the road….
#3 made me flinch
1:44 Videos like this are why if it's raining and it's a yellow light with a car close behind you, I just go. Better than risking a sudden stop behind you.
11:00 Both. Truck was in the wrong lane to turn, car was straddling white line, obviously not paying attention
