Just because the lawyer can't run the lawsuit doesn't magically mean that the plaintiff has no case and somehow automatically loses. They just need a new lawyer.

From what I can tell from clips...Samantha does not learn humility from Harvey helping her, and she continues to act like a female Lewis, which is the abrasive/difficult character that makes everyone else look better by comparison
