@@DerLucht instead of saying "i commented first" people say "last time i was this early" and then say some joke. This just implies that they don't really click on videos this fast but, this time, they did. Sometimes they also use this as an opportunity to make PE (to come fast) jokes.
The difference between commenting "i commented first" and making "last time i came this early ....." joke is that for the latter one, you don't have to be the actual very first commenter.
How fast do these people read contracts? It takes me a full five minutes to know what any document is even remotely about.
I just tend to believe that those people have used documents so often that they know it by the first two sentences. Most documents done by those lawyers are ballooned anyway with law text. That combined with their current knowledge puts two and two together.
