Sort of. Phillip's full name is Phillip Hardman, and he was originally going to be THE Hardman of Pearson Hardman, but they decided to make Hardman a villain for the next season instead. This scene was left out of the original pilot but added back for overseas broadcasts for some reason. It wasn't a plothole when it was filmed, but they turned it into a plothole in season 2.
I was wondering as to why I didn't see that scene in the pilot this solves it...
I would like to see all the serie completes,. It is interested it, speceally watching Harvey relationated qith all the rest of the people in the firm.
