Do you think that what Harvey did was necessary? Is his betrayal of Dr Paula justified?
Well he's Harvey and he "doesn't care" about "anyone".
Well. Does it matter? Harvey always finds his way.
I feel like he had no other choice.
Can you please upload the clip of Rachel saying "THAT'S ENOUGH!" When Mike went to pris. It's one of the best clips imo
Yes.
I love when Harvey mocks the other lawyer by repeating the line "Dr Agard you are under oath, and if you will not answer I will have a judge compel you to answer." 😂
The way he moves his head too 🤣🤣🤣 lowkey wanted to roll his eyes lol
Lol exactly
And the hand gesture to remove his hand from the microphone.....
A shame the other lawyer's face isn't shown to, well, show his frustration...
"i will have a judge to compell the answer" his face expression watched it 100 times 😂😂
Harvey is the type of dangerous, kind hearted but genius person who weaves a web for his enemies and pushes them directly into it
The kind of guy you want as a friend or ally
But so help you if you his enemy
Not even pushes them into it but rather lets them fall in it.
you make him sound like a spider :p
Does no one make phone calls on this show? They always take a cab to someone’s house for a 5 min convo 😂
Petrol is cheaper . I guess 😀😀😂for them
No trackers! Like what Sean Cahill did when Rachel fell out, the show is filmed in Canada but w/ new York transportation
The peak was Harvey flying to Jessica's place after her retirement just for a lunch and a piece of advice.
Because it's more personal to visit in person. And less boring for the show
Phones are dramatically uninteresting
Harvey was completely right. One crying woman isn't as valuable as a person's life.
You just nailed it!
It's really a given! lol
That client trusted her and she betrayed him by exposing client confidentiality
I hate the part that harvey makes a great point about paula crying about being humiliated when a man's life is at risk and she just brushes it off, insisting that this is about Harvey cause she just doesn't care about her patient.
how come a lawyer would be better in introspecting people than a therapist?😂
therapists are people too and people are hypocrits :)
@@leonardodavid4149 have you heard of the Johnny Depp trail?
More like she didn't think he would dig into her despite her actions potentially throwing an innocent man in jail because the company wants a scapegoat.
She did what she was forced to do. Harvey did what he was supposed to do. Both are right in their place. She just jelly because Harvey won
Def jelly
Yeah I didn't like that, she tried playing the therapist card on him as if she was thinking straight about it
@@khalilrahme5227 still, her take on Harvey's state was right
@@othmanehari3045 how so ?
@@khalilrahme5227 it still was about his mother. He did the right thing but in a wrong way, he could've at least warned her not to take it personally and that he will use what she told him, or one of 147 other things
Harvey was always a badass, this season he became savage
He didn't disgrace her. He found a loophole in her credibility.
Paula is one of those people who absolutely needs to have the last word in any argument.
i was thinking the same but i realised harvey does too, but its so much more cooler
Watch yourself, this is MY OFFICE!!!
boss talking!!!
Not her office ANYMOREEEE AHAHA
The attorney on the other side looks like mike if he got older 🤣
They enunciate their sentences very similarly
As much as I love this show, when you see it for the second or third time, you start to realise how much of a hypocrite everyone is. Notable ones being Paula, Donna and ofc Rachel xD
Nah I understood Paula
true, second time watching it.
Started to dislike Donna especially around Season 7 onwards when she start letting her ego run wild.
Donna was the most irritating character on the show easily. Worlds biggest ego. She's so annoying when you rewatch
FACTX
She is crazy. What does his mother have to do with their professional relationship?
The problems with his mother affected his emotional not professional relationships.
In her mind had she already started to fantasize with him?
☕️
Her eyes are something else
Yep, those double Ds are definetely something
@@ondrejpaprskar2653 theyre Ds and yes they are something 😂
They're digitally enhanced but yeah even without the enhancement I'm sure they're just as pretty
Harvey's look @ 04:01 I knew he was not going to hold back anything 💯
I love how Harvey so rapidly makes his mind about ethics
The tone at "This is my office"! The sheer alpha charm! 🔥
I love this episode 💕 it's one of my favourites. I love in this deposition scene 💗the way Gabriel just dismisses the lawyer on the other side, when he covered over the tape and asked him did he just want to give up now. I love the little flick of the hand movement Gabriel does. It's a real Harvey moment. ❤️
This guy was in the season 1, when Harvey said : throw a swing
“Take a swing and see what happens”
@@ayush6025 I didn't think so
@minimalist bruh you really just did that?
@minimalist kinda is tho. He continued the quote and you didn’t get it,
No , that's sheidhedda 😁😂
Did you see Harvey’s face when he said if you won’t answer
no, my screen went black that moment. what happened???
That expression 😀
Aren't therapy sessions supposed to be completely confidential? Paula shouldn't be releasing this kind of information to anyone.
She and her clients from this firm signed a document saying they can speak about it
No - if a company's paying for your therapist, it's for the company's benefit, not yours, and the confidentiality doesn't extend to the company.
@@loremipsum3610 which in of itself makes no sense because then why would you go or say anything to that therapist? You’d be better off taking the health insurance the company gives you and finding your own therapist in all honesty.
@@RenM908 true
There is no "complete confidentiality". Parents or legal guardians can demand records and information, though many therapists claim "I would never do that". Therapists and teachers and medical personnel are compelled to report suspected abuse under "mandatory reporting" laws, which exist to shield therapists from lawsuits for violating confidentiality when they report abuse to protect their clients. Even HIPAA provides some access to insurers to ensure that therapy which is being paid for was actually provided.
I was missing this sick cold blood Harvey, so sad he never did something sick like that in next seasons.
It wasn't sick. He just gave her a taste of her own medicine.
@@thechosenone1533 it's pretty sick to put your purpose above anythingn else including partner; family; kids; etc.
@@jackbrady9738 It's okay when the purpose is to save an innocent man's life and the person you are 'betraying' is a therapist who threw her own patient under the bus for money.
@@thechosenone1533 well technically she was following the law, so did she do wrong? or is the system wronng? or does the system require us to put ourselves in personal danger to save others (eg. if she perjured herself she's risking potentially 7 years prison).
@@jackbrady9738 so harvey also didn't break any laws...So Paula is judged based on law while harvey is judged based on morals?
Wouldnt she have to be prosecuted now because she just admitted of giving an inappropriate medical treatment to her patient on purpose?
I dont know how it works tbh.
But the case never went to court, Harvey made a settlement im pretty sure.
So that tape probably never saw the light of day.
In order to be prosecuted, someone from the da has to care about it and start looking it up. If nobody cares/knows, you wont face any charges
Nobody in that room cares, they're all there for money
@@serajibrahim1955 True. Also depositions are under seal anyway, so none of them can legally say what she said.
Harvey was cold with it but did his job and he broke the privilege he had as a client of Agard and so Paula didn’t have a standing for an argument
A client can testify against their doctor other wise malpractice cases won’t exist
smh wrong
Harvey did not breach any privilege. She breached confidentiality when she told Harvey about the problems of that client whose child had died, even though she did not name him.
Incredible show
the problem is paula started talking about what sam telling her, if she just kept it within herself... who's gonna knew?
She has files where she wrote down notes about Sam and stuff. She couldn’t lie
Hervey is more than Genius ❤ 🔥 💯
Less betrayed more set straight
Note to self, don't go to a company therapist
"Betray" whoa 🤣, he did what any lawyer would do, only that he did go with her first, any other lawyer wouldnt had care.
When harvey has someone on the stand/questioning them it’s a scary sight. This scene, the mock trial with mike when he questioned Rachel, and then when he questioned Trevor.
I love how strong Rachel is, in this episode, she really stands up to Harvey. This is about keeping Sam toll out of prison she says. You can see in this episode season five, privilege, how strong Rachel has become. It's really apparent.
i love how he repeats the sentence
That was coooooolldd
The Butler lawyer seems to find it suspicious that a trader would confide in a therapist in order to "feel better about the risks he was taking."
THAT'S THE WHOLE REASON HIS CLIENT HIRED HER!
They don't want their traders to second-guess themselves when making decisions involving millions of dollars, so they have a therapist on retainer to help them deal with the stress of the job. Like Wendy from Billions, she's hired to make sure the traders can unburden themselves, work through their anxieties, and keep the firm running efficiently.
Harvey is such a badass 🔥
The thing i dont understand here is that a trader saying my job envolve taking risk is like saying the sky is blue. It is almost the definition of trading.
I don't know why, I have soft spot for British white Female accent. I mean I admire them 🙂
Brother?????....
@@kirishmaheshwari286 😂😂😂 that’s I was thinking, seriously brother

Lol, no mercy in court.
He should’ve actually warned her about this.
More Paula vidoes
Powerful scene that
Well Harvey gets it done... No other questions pls...
I know that this is off-topic, but does anyone know where I can find out what wall color was used in Dr Agard's office? I've been looking for something exactly like it for ages.
Harvey came out all guns blazing
LLB: 1

She refused to lie and wanted to play a the game of truths. This is what happens when truth is laid bare.
"Publicly"
This is the absolute best display of how one's morals should work, applied equally to everyone, not warped for the people that are close to you because they deserve some kind of grace that everyone else does not
Harvey
Wouldn't call it a betrayal, she's breaching privacy laws by even doing such a thing. A contract waiver like that isn't legal to force her to reveal such information anyways, even if the company paid for it.
I wish Harvey ended up with Paula not Donna
wha -
So you are nee around here?

@@maverick608 I liked scottie too. Anyone but Donna

i miss this show
Me too! One of my faves ever. wish I had a lawyer like Harvey.
A brilliant brilliant show. I wish they would make another show with the same actors.
She is that gorgeous blonde secretary of The Ocean Club in 007 Casino Royale
Just a question couldn’t she get out of testifying by disclosing that she has a relationship with Harvey?
Some one complaint trading is poker or gamble
Harvey looks like Tanner in the thumbnail lol
One of the reasons why I would never see a therapist unless I was absolutely desperate. Everything you tell them can be leaked. Whether it’s by their own mouth or their notes. I’d rather deal with my issues privately and securely then trust a stranger.
I used to think that, but it takes a lot to get a therapist to be compelled to say anything about a patient/client and therapist is legally/medically bound to maintain privacy. I saw shrink once a week for four years and it was one of the best things I’ve ever done in my life. I only wish I had started 20 years sooner. It’s your life, but I ask you to do some soul searching and consider therapy when or if you need it. At a nearby university I was seen by graduate students getting their credentials under the supervision of licensed teachers and was charged on a sliding scale depending on ability to pay. 💰
And Paula used all the information from the therapy to manipulate him in the relationship.
No
So I think it’s weird that the opposing counsel had nothing to say in contest to his implications. Like “hey we aren’t trying to force this lady to lie” or anything they just stay quiet for the rest of his deal.
Harvey was right here!! He was doing his job
1:12 This is interesting and you never know what could happen. Harvey is amazing. Cousin Sam needed help and you just never know what is going to happen.
The guy opposite harvey looks like an old mike
best harvery scene imo
Sometimes I wonder if I watched the same show as those who comment on these kinds of clips...

Isn't there something known as doctor-patient confidentiality
usually yes but because it was a company provided therapist, the company made him sign a document that waived that right allowing them to use her as a witness @0:45
I will never see a therapist after watching this
Karma
no fist, no slow mo action but still sooooo intense
2:30. the justice system is about seeking justice. controversial, but i think Harvey is right to suborn perjury as it will lead to justice. and justice is the ultimate truth we are searching for. [Sometimes] Justice is about the law.

wow... i cant even choose a side on this one
Easily Harvey - if Paula's justification is that she's doing her job and could go to jail otherwise, that's exactly the same logic for Harvey: he's doing his job, and his client could go to court otherwise.
Plus, it was irresponsible of her to front a deposition without a lawyer of her own so that she could minimise the damage she did in her testimony, but she did it anyway.
Put another way: Paula failed to protect her client, so Harvey had to protect him from her.
@@loremipsum3610 not easily tho
@@nawazjaved8022 it was a tricky situation for sure though, I definitely side with Harvey here though, he took the effort to warn her and then did what he had to do. He's doing his job and she got in the way, which is unfortunate, but yeah honestly what was he supposed to do ? Lose the case and send the man to jail for her ?
what episode is this
Season 5 episode 6
Why is Paula a hypocrite ? I’m just asking please don’t attack me
When she opened up to Harvey, she also said that she cares about her clients.. well for Harvey, revealing confidential information between her and Sam is betrayal. In the end you'll see that everyone is a hyprocite in their own way.
She is not . She is legally forced to reveal those information, unlike harvey . Harvey client signed a waiver form. Patient doctor confidentiality doesn't protect him anymore .
@@wyattnguyen6323 most people say she is. And I agree.. she shouldn't have given out the info. In my opinion Harvey did what he had to do
Because she signed the form waiving her patient confidentiality with company knowing this will happen later on
She wouldn't lie because she plays by the rules. She's just upset when the same rules are applied to her under oath. Funny how that works huh? How can she be mad at Harvey for following his own duty to protect his client?
Asking Harvey not to do what he did would be the same as Harvey asking her to lie under oath. Paula has no leg to stand on here.
Classic Harvey! Alas! He got corrupted by Mike later.
Yo is that true about a company provided therapist?
Just a little context here. The "notes" Paula is talking about SOAP notes and if she destroyed them, she would lose her license.
He gave her an out, she didn't take it.
Aren't therapists bound by confidentiality just like lawyers?
Dr Paula was so fine though
Ctristina Cole ❤
He did what he had to do
Well he did warn you🥸
Donna is only the right woman' for Harvey, because they both have the same value system, very very strong characters with integrity, both highly intelligent, empathetic, and both go beyond their ways to bring justice to the people, in their own way! Love them both!
Donna annoying asf
Well said! 💯❤️
And this guy is a lawyer??? And he has a personal relationship with one of the opposing party's witnesses and he doesn’t think that could never come back to get this case thrown out even if he secured judgement for his client???
even with a waiver there is no way they can make the therapist break physician patient privilege
we need season 10
Season 8 & 9 was punishable enough to watch. No need for more season.
I think Harvey & Paula were the hottest couple on the show.
harvey and scottie
Spelt Scottie wrong there sir
Scottie hands down
Nope Scottie
Yeah Harvey was right here. He did his job and that job had nothing to do with hurting the feelings of the doctor lol
Harvey Witness tampering 101
