Donna always thought she was so much smarter than she actually was
So true, after rewatching the series you realize how many dumb decisions shes made
she admires Harvey so much she wants to act like him but she just isn’t
Give this man a noble
.
Someone finally said the truth
@@raunakmani9843 nobel*.
Honestly
The fact that she shredded the memo after Mike explicitly told her not to…
Nice. A show reference in the comments of another show. Nice.
She went on and on throughout the season about doing everything to help Harvey but the truth is she destroyed that memo because she didn't want to admit that she made a mistake
godot I’m going to write a column about how terrible her character is. She’s so annoying and she thinks she’s smarter than she is. She also attained so many things she did not deserve and immediately acted like she earned it. I remember her yelling at Harvey when he said he put her in her position, but she said the same thing to Louis the next season.
but she didn't make a mistake, Daniel Hardman planted that memo later
Ricardo van Dijke but she thought she did, and that’s why she destroyed it. She had thought it was her mistake, and didn’t want to be responsible
@@moealhakani7005 I mean, didn’t Donna told Louis that Louis needs to be managing partner or something because of Alex and Samantha? Idk, I don’t remember...
@@croxxbunx6017 yes she did.
What makes Donna "smart" in this show is that she knows every person in the firm, is spontaneous and has conversations with them on a personal level. People skills - the intimacy the lawyers don't care about. But when it came to the real world, yeah, she's "just a secretary".
And precisely these qualities of knowing and understanding people, of knowing what motivates them both personally and professionally, make her suitable to deal with HR in the company.
She’s overly emotional, bossy, inserts herself into situations that are absolutely none of her business, thinks she knows way more than she does, is rude and disrespectful to her bosses, and is unethical. They made her unrealistic and unlikeable. She’s just like Harvey in many ways

This takes “did you get the memo” to a whole other level lol
"You wann lose small, I wanna win big." -H.S-
ONE OF THE BEST LINES IN THE SHOW👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
It's funny cuz at 5:00 Jessica already realized what was going on without Mike even having to say a word. Her poker face is astounding, amazing actress, show wasn't the same without her.
It kinda a reach i think
That "Oh, what did you do?" from Harvey was so desperate I almost felt bad for both of them.
You can tell Donna is so nervous during the deposition, she’s overplaying the Donna confidence
6:25 **"I wanted to protect you"**
Line said Everytime some one is guilty (herself /himself )
Best reply :- Lieing to me doesn't protect me , it betrays me .
Mike is like the spider-man of lawyers. He has that "spidey-sense" about what is going to happen, that will possibly. lead to the total destruction for harvey.
Also he has just a grandma the parents died... Harvey is iron man then
Louis is mysterio?
@@scottmatheson3346 he is more like Cap. He can do this office work all day
Nice save there Mike
@@scottmatheson3346
Without the morals at first at least.
Louis comment that he will give the cat to Michael Vick was hilarious
Why? Do people actually bet on domesticated house cat fights? Can they even be trained to do that? So many questions...
Harvey's expression at 8:41 clearly shows how he doesn't even have the word "weak" in his dictionary
This women rips into Donna, this I love, Donna always thinks she's the big fish when in a room, she's really Donna kebab
HAAHAHAHAH DUDE ... DONNA KEBAB 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
loooooooool
Whats her name?
😂😂😂
Whats the Donna kebab? It sounds funny but I dont get the reference😂
4:59 Mike processing everything in a split second.
Great.
5:52 one of the best sequences in the whole show
"Where do you see yourself in 5 years" 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
That “what did u do” 😩
My only question after watching this show 4 times in its entirety is did Harvey ever get a new dentist? I lose sleep over this question. I NEED ANSWERS
"Louis I don't wanna have this conversation, it's bad enough we share the same dentist."
-S8E5
No he didn't.
No he didn't

What I wanna know is what do they do with the can opener xD
absolutely love the dynamic between these two, so authentic!
They try to excuse Donna for her actions by saying the document wasn't real, but Donna should never work in a law firm again if she destroyed a document that, at the time, she thought was real. It's annoying how no one ever called her on this.
mike did but donna isnt perfect she is human like everyone else.
@@rikusalenius4265 yet she made multiple mistakes
@@blessonwilson4224 how so if i remember correctly she hardly ever made mistakes actually less than everyone but jessica.
Riku Salenius that’s because she rarely ever handles cases. But whenever she sticks her nose in, she contributes close to nothing.
@@167kinggam perhaps but she isnt a lawyer so she doesnt fully know the law like the others but she is valuable in other ways.
keeping it from me isn't a mistake but a decision and lying to me does not protect me but betrays me waoo i like this mind game
Mind game? It's common sense.
" OHH WHAT DID YOU DO " 😂
This is a perfect example of why the show eventually went off air. Donna becoming COO was the most jump-the-shark moment. This, along with breaching attorney privilege with Kessler and illegally obtaining the Liberty Rail report for Mike are just three clear examples of absolutely poor self judgment, putting the firm at risk.
Harvey and Jessica’s trust is unmatched 🔥
Such a sad moment for Donna. This was a defining moment to follow through with the trust between her and Harvey. Smh But instead, she panicked and the anxiety got the better of her.
I know what that's like and I feel for her. And I'm further impressed with Harvey for how he handled it even in the argument.
Best series ever...hands down !
Hardman standing there like he doesn’t know what’s going on lol. The man was something else 😂
As confident as Donna acts, she falters, she doesn't take the heat well when it counts, she faltered when Louis found out the truth about mike's secret, in the episode with the key. She faltered at Mike's trial on the stand. She was weak.
Donna was not weak. She was strong but she was human. Like all the other caracters she had flawed qualities and limitatis.
@@effy8774 nah she’s pretty weak
I prefer the spin off of this, where Rachel marries a prince
Spin off is the reality
Shayal Piya wooosh
Shayal Piya F
lol not anymore
And get thrown out the palace for being the usual annoying girl she is
No wonder Donna's nervous.. shes being questioned by Novac 😅
you wanna lose small, i wanna win big
Harvey getting wigged out that he has the same dentist as Louis is HILARIOUS!
In this show Mike and Jessica are playing chess. Louis is trying to get in on the chess match but whenever he gets a move he always risks the king. Mike is learning to play chess while everyone else in the firm is pretty much playing checkers.
Wym exactly
U mean Harvey and Jessica? You repeated Mike.
Am I the only one who saw the pen ink stain his tongue at 5:11?
I just remembered, Donna never got the memo. It was planted by Daniel
I am learning english through this wonderful film
*series
When Jessica comes into a scene Donna almost feels irrelevant
Of course, because all women must be compared against each other and only one can win. Obviously.
@@saragolightly can you not? That isn’t what he meant. Everyone knows Jessica runs circles around know-it-all Donna.
@@saragolightly not cause they are women, it’s cause Jessica always puts Donna in her place
I agree and I am also gonna add when Harvey comes into the room Louis/Mike almost feels irrelevant as well!
See nothing against women, just simple facts.
The Michael Vick line is one of the best in any show :)
not gonna lie, I really attracted to strong women and Jessica is killing me...
Transporter beam 😂😂
What a great series
The best piece of casting on Netflix Harvey is superb.
You know it's not a Netflix show right? It's not even on Netflix...
@@simonkatz3779 you’re right, it isn’t a Netflix show, but it literally is on Netflix
@@simonkatz3779 what are you talking about? Yeah it's not a Netflix produced show but I literally watched every season through Netflix.
Our little baby is growing up
So cute that banter was 😂😂
Donna always talks big but crumbles every time when push comes to shove.
who tf licks a pen before writing with it
I hate it when she's like I'm Donna and starts ruining things for everybody else
Hardman sitting there watching all this unfold knowing he’s the ring leader who caused all this chaos
Donna didnt deserve Harvey. She did 2 huge mistakes and then reacted like she was the victim and Harvey ran to save the day
You wanna loose small, I wanna win big. That's Harvey Specter for you :D
Sarah Rafferty AND Diane Neal on the same screen at the same time!?!?!?
...be still, my beating heart!!!
That wasnt Allison Holt that was Casey Novak. When you go against Diane you should be worried
"I didn't get the memo" the arc.
I just wanna know what the can opener ritual is.
Am upset because Louis and I share the same dentist
~Spector Harvey
Love Harvey in that bathroom sequence. Incredible actor! All Donna had to do was be honest with Harvey. I see why Jessica did what she did too. She technically is the leader of the firm and she did what she thought was best.
“Emancipation.” “From him?”
What a cheeky little snipe from Jessica. Got a laugh out of me.
jessica comes in harvey cabin and mike ross harvey signs something and mike throws the coffee in the harvey suits pearson specter litt suits
we miss the série Suit
strange how know-it-all mike dint tell donna that that memo helps harvey .. what a big plot hole :)
Because he think of that later after he discover that donna had the memo
he wasn't know it all and smartest till season 3 ...in s04 he suddenly became smartest of all either harvey or jessica .. 😂 And they dumped harvey's character thereafter.
Yeah I always thought the same thing. I guess they made it seem as if he never thought Donna would destroy it, which doesn’t seem all that wrong of an assumption overall but still not telling her to just give the document and help Harvey seems weird.
I'm in love with Diane Neal lol
I love how he says i have seen RONIN.. lol
What is that mean?
Yeah donna maybe dont keep things from the guy who knows how to legally get around things. Keepimg things from your secretary is not equal to keeping things from your boss who is also a lawyer.
The acting of Donna and Harvey in the bathroom is unreal
Amo a Donna ❤
Actually saw the ink on his tongue, now that's dedication 😉
Witch ep is this ?
Didn’t know Gale Boetticher played in Suits

8:17
Jessica is soooo cooool
Allison could appear be siding with Hardman....But, she is right in here!!
Hey is that lawyer form Law & Order SVU
ooh what did you doo
Oh this is what Casey Novak does when she isn’t working with the dedicated detectives of the special victims unit- *dun dun*
she cares about harvey so much but she also knows when she needs to put herself first
What are u saying?
She nearly destroyed him and herself with that evidence destroying
She’s nearly destroyed his career multiple times
Yeah, and that makes her selfish.
I am Donna! I know things...
Harvey has done much more for Donna than she has ... but he never ever rubs it on her face.
Show is dope how the acting is awesome the plots are interesting the end result is interesting what's going to happen what's the twist always has you thinking what's next that's awesome
why tf is donna's neck in the thumbnail so long
Well well well, if it isn’t ADA Casey Novak from Law & Order SVU…
6:34 she is emotional and manipulative when it suits her
Harvey should’ve chose Paula or Scottie
This channel is missing that scene where Donna actually incriminates Harvey.
Hardman: you broke privilege...! And now im gonna make you pay
That Mike Vick line was petty af
What episode is this.... I need to rewatch
Something around 2x4
doanpaul sen as sarah rafereh

I don't get the Michael Vick joke. Do people actually bet house cat fights? Could they even be trained to fight each other?
Cats are the dogs food mate
Lol you probably could...but it would be on the cats time, not the audience's
"where do you see yourself in 5 years ?"

When HR will ask this question next time...my answer is ready 😂😂😂
One of the least likeable Donna moments in the whole show.

Law and order svu attorney, everybody knows the rules
A man of culture i see. El Presidente frw

Smartest and most beautiful = Donna Paulson
Why do most major conversations in this show happen in the toilets
What was the memo about?
shubhankar patil from memory Harvey was accused of burying a memo that put someone in prison?
It was a memo proving that a car had a faulty production and hence its company was guilty for a man's death due to it. Harvey didn't have it when it went to trial and got them aquitted. But tanner went to the victim's family and re opened this case claiming a memo exists and that Harvey buried it on the grounds of the revelations about Cameron and his habit of burying evidence when they worked together
What they didn't know though is that even though the company was guilty there was no memo. Hardman planted it to use this case to take over
Costal Motors.
Donna thought that she was really important but she really wasn't
