Who else thinks that this is one of the best scenes in Suits?
I think that! One of the best scenes ever!!!
By far
I do
Im glad they gave Louis a voice in later seasons. The first few I felt that he was being pushed around
it was hilarious to say the least
Louis and Harvey deserve an award just for this scene.
Very true
Incredible acting
Louis and Harvey deserve an award because someone didn't read their letter to their cat
Gabriel and Rick*
If that’s the case, my downstairs neighbors deserve oscars
How about a cookie
I love how Donna knew to go straight to Jessica so it didnt get too out of control.
I was just gonna comment that when I saw yours. She knew only Jessica could bring the situation down.
Okay, so you mean a name partner pushing another name partner is not too out of control?
@@ahangautam8471 yeah. That wasn’t that bad. Could have ended in Louis being stomped out grabbing a piece of glass and stabbing Harvey
Too late...
No Jessica's office is literally on the other side of louis if you can remember. She heard the table crash
Love how Harvey jumped when Louis hit the coffee table
Incredibly diminutive scene but it also got me repeating it over 3 times lol
Hahaha I didn’t even notice that
Louis basically threw himself on that glass table
I love how scenes like this remind us that Louis is actually incredibly smart
Yep and also when Louis discover Mike's secret , he is super smart
Or he is really dumb. This is extremely childish behaviour
@@st0rmchas3r he is smart but lacks self awareness often.
@@st0rmchas3r the only problem he has is that louis was emotional, he can't control his feelings .
@@st0rmchas3r incredibly childish. antagonizing someone until you push them over the edge and then throwing a fit and trying to ruin their career afterwards when you were the one starting the fight.
halfway through season 8 and i still don’t really like louis bc of this type of stuff
When Louis said to Harvey "You made a promise to me" I felt that pain and that betrayal
But it had already happened
@@traumatrom837 Is his sister, before or after, it doesn't make it better
@@traumatrom837no it hadn't, watch the episode before meeting Esther, louis asked Harvey to not get involved. To which he agreed and then he stomped over on his own words.
@@Shibansh True he did, but Harvey didn't know the woman was Louis' sister.
@@joshuadalton6063 he efin knew, plss watch the episode and then comment. They were introduced and he knew who exactly she was.
I like how harvey flinched a little bit right after Louis fell on the table
Didn't mean to take it that far!
This scene has everything. It shows every important thing of the show.
Please elaborate.
@@nwachuks loyalty between Donna and Harvey, how hard is the relationship between Louis and Harvey, Harvey's feelings about his mum, Jessica's behaviour, Louis's adolescence with his sister...

This whole thing could've been avoided if Harvey had just said "That'd be great, but I'm busy this weekend, maybe another time" and just never called her. As smooth as they portrayed him to be, this is a rookie mistake.
No one is perfect... This was one of his not so perfect moment
Well the issue is he realized he shouldn’t be messing with her out of respect to Louis. One way or another this conversation was coming.
He wanted to make it clear that there was no chance of more.
Stringing someone along and then ghosting them isn't the way to handle your business, that's a child's game. Harvey's mistake was messing with Esther in the first place and then not being upfront with Louis when it happened.
Obviously no normal human being would say that to a woman that asked for a date. Especially an educated man lol. This is dramatization for a television show. You pretend like you actually know a man that would react like that to a little dinner invitation lol. It took only 30 seconds From the start of the conversation to him getting aggressive, all the while she asked completely calm and in a friendly manner lol. I want to see the man that would react this way... in his own office at work xD.
Louis’ ego is writing cheques that his body can’t cash

I think the fall Louis took was real, or a bit more real than intended because when you see Harvey toss him, when Louis lands Harvey does an extra awkward jolt like he's surprised by the impact. Either way one of my top favorite scenes
When Louis lands and and shatters the glass table? You got to be smoking if you think that's actually Louis flying through a table.
It's not real at all, you can tell when you see the table smash. That sugar glass right there.
@@invictuz4803 Gabriel told it was him, that was sugar glass
@@nimish9170 Wait, you're saying the actor did his own stunts?
@@invictuz4803 if you're using a bunch of less than lethal props then doing your own stunts really isn't a big deal. Even a number of the punches in the show are genuine shots.
Fun Fact: Rick Coffman insisted Gabriel Macht throw him threw that table. No stunt double was used, and that's why Gabriel jumps up after Rick hits the glass because it actually frightened him that they literally just went through with it lol. He talks about it in an interview
the way harvey jumed back when he threw louis LOL
Harvey didn’t want to put esthers kids in a situation where they think their mother cheated on their father like his mother did to him
Hadn’t thought about it from that angle. That’s a very smart hypothesis.
It was obvious...
@@tomxdonnet Plus, you have to remember that Harvey's past was something that had clearly affected his mental health, in a negative way, which this season highlighted.
@@tomxdonnet he was about to say it when he brought up the kids
Then just smash her in a hotel, it’s obvious she wanted to smash

I don't care what anyone says Harvey was outta line here more than louis. He promised him that he wouldn't sleep with Esther. And he's supposed to be someone whose word means everything

@@daleofriver6746 No, all of it happens before the promise.
This scene should be renamed “Louis the flying saucer!”
Everybody is calling louis childish but its his little sister man. And i dont think the issue is completely that he slept with her but more how upset she was when she left. From louis' perspective it looked like harvey pulled a hit it and quit it on his sister, and he kinda did if were being honest. Now what i find ridiculous is the fact that louis thought he could fight harvey with any degree of success
it's not that he thought that he could win Harvey, but he as a brother had to stand up for his sister even though he knew he was probably going to lose anyway
@@Grace-ni6ed it was her sister decision to sleep with Harvey... literally just woman using her charms and victimizing herself to make 2 brothers fight
It’s only a reasonable demand because Louis views them as friends. You don’t do that to the boys. Furthermore Louis has already shared with Harvey the trauma he’s faced in the past, regarding supposed friends getting involved with his sister
he once put mike in a headlock
@@thunderenriquez255 Mike is not physical at all, what are you talking about? Harvey hits the gym daily and is a boxer in his spare time. He also beat up Stephen who was also capable of handling himself. Louis was nothing.

this is a great season of suits and i love that harvey is in therapy during it bc it shows another side of him and the fact that this happens right after he was told that him doing this was a lot like how his mother cheated on his father explains why he became so upset
The choice of music in this series is phenomenal!
Man I nearly cried at the end there man.. it was just so sad. I feel so bad for Louis man.. all throughout the show like you know he's meant to be a hated character, but he just wants people to respect him and he wants people on his side. He was so happy when Mike was finally gonna be his associate and even made a cake for him and then Mike and Harvey made up shortly after. My guess is Harvey didn't like the fact that Mike liked working for Louis even though Donna told him to forgive Mike. Anyways.. I just feel so bad for Louis.

The rarest scene where you want to be on Louis side instead of The great " Harvey Specter"...

I feel like most of the mistakes louis does are out of the fear he has of missing out or people thinking that he's dumb or people he values the most not taking him seriously.

What episode and season this is
I think Esther is a very beautiful woman, successful in her business, kind at heart and gentle in behaviour. I liked her more than Donna or Scottie. If only Harvey didn't had that cockiness, he would see how valuable Esther is as a person and think of ways to make it work.
He didn't want to go against Louis and his promise.
