- Microsoft 365 has a brand new feature to export a Word document to PowerPoint using AI to turn a basic text document into a professional presentation. I show you how to copy text from a web page into Word and then export it to PowerPoint. So simple!

Wow! This is awesome! Love it!
Thank you! Cheers!
Fantastic . txs for sharing 👏. I can see the Sway option is gone - what is your take on Sway? Will it be removed?
Sway is one of those product that Microsoft promoted early on but eventually decided to move away from it. I suspect it did not get much use.
Nice video sir
Thanks
Microsoft 365, shows me, only option to convert my word document to sway presentation. Power point remains dissolved. I could do nothing. Please help
You may not be updated to the latest Microsoft 365 version. Go to File-Account and do an update. You may also be using a version in a corporate environment where they delay the updates. If so, check with your admin.
hello I cant see any option to export to powerpoint. only pdf
please help
This sounds like a great feature. I've never used powerpoint before but I need to make a powerpoint presentation that includes images. Is there another way to do this besides exporting my document from the web?
You can create a PowerPoint by just inserting pictures. This video is only necessary if you want to convert from Word to PowerPoint.
@@SeleTraining Thank you. I'll look into figuring that out.
A great video and I'd love to do it, but I don't see the export option. I have the web version of 365 but there exists no export to ppt. I believe i have the current version. I've been a subscriber forever with the pro version. Help.
I did it with the local installed version. I’d have to check but It may not be an option available in the web version yet.
I am having trouble with this too, I have the export to ppt option but its grayed out and I can't click on it
it does not make me separate slides. it puts everything on one slide. tried many times.
Export to power point is grayed out only web export is available please advise
Usually when you have options grayed out it is because of a security setting for a corporate version of Office. You may want to check with the admin of your system.
Thank you can i ask question?
Certainly.
Good information but an initial stage
Hopefully they will expand the options over time.
@@SeleTraining I do agree u and I love my ur channel and watch u regularly

HOW CAN ENABLE OFFICE 365 OFFLINE APPLICATION\
If you have the basic online only version of Office you can only run apps online. All other versions of Office/Microsoft 365 will let you download a local install of the apps and they will work offline. You normally login to office.com and click the option to download the apps.
@@SeleTraining Thank your very for best reply .but i have Microsoft 365 offline package there are no any option to export PowerPoint presentation preview.
So, the new AI feature still doesn't export images as well.. I was so happy when I found this video, but now a little disappointed...Still liking the video for the effort and... Because you didn't mention anything about images so I'll give you that.
