I don't feel bad for the teacher who got fired at all. Tutoring students outside the school is okay since it gets him extra money. But making the questions hard on purpose so that only the students he tutored would pass is unfair for other students. Him being fired is just him having consequences for his actions

My maths teacher also teaches some students outside school, and often favours them. He constantly says stuff like 'ill decide your next term grades before you even give the paper if you wont be disciplined' to the rest of the students.
He is also a total simp because most of the students he tutors are girls and he goes to their seats very often with a big smile and talk to them very informally lol.

I've had a few exams where our teacher told us to open our notes during the exam. We can read through it while answering. Her exam type was more analogy and application, barely any objective questions. She said it was because exams are supposed to gauge how much we understand the subject matter, not how much we can memorize and then forget after a new subject matter is introduced.
The catch though is that the notes have to be in our handwritten notebooks. No books allowed and we can't switch with each other. She said that way, we would be forced to actually pay attention and take legible notes every lesson.
I miss those exams. Because a lot of times, exams become pointless because of the stress the students put them through. I've had anxiety attacks during major exams, and there were times when I practically 'blacked out' during an exam. Where I don't even remember taking it or any of the questions on it.

  • @littlemisstaniamatakupan3193

When my mother was a child, she and her friend group specialized in different subjects for ex: my mom was really good at English and writing, while the others were rubbish at it. so Their strategy was a different one from this movie. If it was an English or writing test, my mom would take lead. they used special gestures for symbols of a-d. for example if the answer was B, my mom would scratch her ear, if it was C, she would run her hands through her hair. and so on. Th reason they never got caught was because they made sure it was little moves like scratching or stretching, not just obvious ones like raising your hand. Also because at intervals of the tests they would change the gestures. For me and my friend group, I didn't really need to cheat. But the others needed my help. But, like my mom, we all specialized in different things. and we had very distinguishing characteristics and we used that to our advantage. Since I was clumsy, for all the options I would "accidentally" drop/knock over something different. If the answer was A, I would drop a pencil, if it was D, I would knock over my pencil holder, etc. And since I was normally clumsy, no one was suspicious of this. and the same goes for my friends. One of them was very prone to illness, and in class she would always wear a mask. so if the answer was A, she would lower her mask, if it was B, she would cough, etc. and The same goes for everybody. But now that everything is online, it is much easier. Our test is a one chance one with the review of the answers at the end. so first one of us would take the test, writing their answers as they go. when The test is done, he/she only needs to replace their answers on the paper they wrote their answers on with the correct one. photograph it, and send to our group chat. Then, not only we ensure a passing grade, but we will inevitably get some questions wrong.

I have helped people cheat before one being most recent, I put up the number of fingers as the letter 1=A 2=B 3=C etc. I have also cheated before, I could read lips and some people read their questions and say it too so I used that to my advantage and understand what they said. It sounds pretty complicated but it's actually not just depends on how careful you are. I like to sit around people that always get caught cheating so if I make any noise the professor thinks its them and completely ignored me

I got A+, teacher praised me and said to my mom I know he is smart he can do it when he wants to. During school I couldn't even force myself to read questions, I didn't even listen to questions when teacher asked me I instantly said I don't know. I was furious why they forcing me to study such useless topic, I don't care about wars, I don't care about dinosaurs, I dont care about history, its in the past, most of the time history makes us hate on each other as a nation, especially in countries I came from where war just ended when I was kid, all they talk was how many people were killed, how, nothing useful, just fck wars, slaughters, world conquering, human suffering.
I didn't like geography as well, but was able to force myself to study it to get passing grade. I enjoyed everything else and was very good at it.
My mom was proud I have grown and did something I really hate, well she wasn't disappointed when I told her with serious and disgusted face, I cheated, I put book on my desk and copy everything, I hate history.

Being a genuius doesn't mean much when the genius isn't disciplined enough to put it to good use. Think about all those child geniuses we would occasionally see on TV when we were kids. A lot of them are now adults working normal jobs because they didn't have the motivation or discipline to actually live up to their full potential. There's nothing wrong with that of course, but it just goes to show genius, alone, isn't enough to leave a mark on history the way we imagine it would.

Written test should never be used to define IQ because people are EXPERT on any area they desire to learn. Hence why we have professionals in every aspect of the world.
