This film is really relatable. But instead of gifted, for me it's ineptitude. And instead of superpowers it's saying 'you too' when the waiter tells me to have a good meal.

It's not just a film, it gives a moral lesson for childrens to make them better and to understand what other says to them
and this movie is a copy paste from an anime called Baka To Test To Shoukanjuu
No, it's amber heard taking a shit on a toilet and not the bed this time.
I KNOW THAT ANIME!... But there is a problem here... While many of these movies have taken the plot and such of a anime series and basically copy it part for part... This one didn't... In the school, every year before classes start they get a test and their results get them into a classroom based on their score. However, while they are able to battle it out and do this using avatars whose stats are equal to the score they got on the latest exam and each category of stats are school subjects, they are able to demand anything of the losing class that was in the test war. And while some of this like the hierarchy of the school and the quality of education and conditions of the workspace based on their test scores... None of the rest is carried over to this movie... Makes ya wonder why exactly they didn't take the entire plotline and just adapt it... Plus, they didn't want the comedy and anime ecchi bits or romance shippings, they could have altered it even if it made fans unhappy even if they should make the audience able to enjoy it... There is something about this that makes it VERY similar to the school system from the A Certain universe. Basically, the part about students able to use special powers unique to eachother kinda, and it being based in certain evolution of their minds and calculative abilities and being able to get better at em by either practicing it or developping as a person and maybe seeing new perspectives and learning more about themselves, they get way more powerful. That and the fact that the institution does corrupt and allows illegal activity and crimes and even inhumane animal and human experimentation to make the students achieve a level higher than the top ranked, correllates to this too
Basically this is a mash of the acedemic system of baka and test, combined with the power development curriculum and there being illegal and corrupt parts of the institution even tho like everyonr else is good... That is from the universe of A Certain Scientific railgun A Certain magical Index and A Certain Scientific Accelerator
This is a Thai Drama not a movie... It has second season too
kinda sucks that Pang's best friend just left. couldve have plot stuff where the best friend found about the gifteds, since the story showed how important to not tell it outside the class. If the story tells something thats meant to be important, it should tell why its important. but idk I havent watch part 2 and I didnt watch the show just this recap.
You gotta watch it man. There is a season 2 too. It's kinda very similar to marvels X-Men. Plot is not the same though. So there's nothing to learn here as I see. It just a fantasy. And for me.. I love fantasy. 😊

@Phallus Erectus I never know what to expect in the next mystery recap. It's like opening a gift box each time. So many strange and interesting concepts and stories, due to the diversity of contents from many foreign films which I would otherwise never get exposed to. I get a lot of satisfaction from 10 minutes of recap without having to spend 2 hours to find out that I don't like a movie. etc. Nice alias BTW.

I feel like the twins could be useful as spies. One of them would go and gather info and the other would receive it by feeling pinching in morse code since the spy can inflict slight pain and the other would feel it.

It’s not really a “dumbest” section. The OP simplified it so it’s easier to understand for those who haven’t watched the series but really they’re divided based on their test scores. Grade 1 class students have the highest test scores while the grade 8 class (where Pang the protagonist is from) always get the lowest test scores. It’s to make the students work harder to get better grades and create an environment of competition. It’s actually the entire point of the series, to point out inequality and how it affects these students. It’s actually a very good series , you should watch it!

What if,you're one of them? I can tell if someone is lying,nervous,or anything they feel when i can see them in person. So having a power like them,i think i can know what the truth is or what the really happens that is based on what i see on the aftermath. For example,what the reason of a murder is or it's motive,something like that.
