ITS BLACK FRIDAY!!! :)))
Obviously being a 2000s kid, this time of WWE was my childhood. The Ruthless Aggression Era was such a great era of wrestling. That's what made me a fan.
In my opinion, a young Cena kicked off the ruthless aggression era in the mid 2000s.
YEEES SIR , IAM REMEMBER WHAT IAM WAIT 2 A.M FRIDAY NIGHT 🌙 CHANEL EUROSPORT AND WATCHING MY LOVE WWE 2006-2009, AFTER TNA IAM LOVE HARDY BOYS , AND STING IN TNA ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Facts and I was born in 2002
Same dude same
@@kitshelton8168 Ruthless Aggression literally debuted in 2002. Same year in which Cena, Orton, Batista, & Lesnar debuted in the WWE.
WWE in the 2000’s was my childhood. Miss this so much
Iam too man , and iam watching TNA 2006 STING VS ABUSE ! AFTER WWE HARDY VS CM PUNK
Peacock has all the older matches I just watched mania 20 and 21 brought back so many memories
Hate to break it you but you was spoonfed alot of garbage
I agree with you 💯
I'll miss the attitude era and ruthless aggression era 😭
My favourite decade in wrestling.
Same for me
Attitude era >
@@michaelmassih9392attitude era was the 2000s as well
Agreed mine as well
Fake or not. 2000's was the best decade in WWE history. Imo. The amount of talent and endless entertainment was just overwhelming.
I'm Indonesian WWF fan who grow with this era.. Peak era for me for sure.. I never forget that arround this time PS1 game WWF: Here Comes the Pain was my fav game.. ❤
this is catching me up with the whole ruthless aggression era. I stopped watching on the tail end of the attitude era...you know I was going to high school, got interested in girls, blah blah blah, BUT IM BACK NOW and had no idea some of these guys who were jobbers when I was watching had turned into superstars.
They were jobbers because they sucked and it was a different era in wrestling
@@JLWprime10 ooookkkk......has nothing to do with my comment, but cook my guy.
I watched my first show the night Flair was retired in that ceremony, and the song that went "leave the memories alone" absolutely cemented my viewing every week, month, year after... Eventually discovering TNA and seeing James Storm, to finding out there was good stuff in Japan just after Shinsuke Nakamuras surprise video promo on Sami Zayn in NXT, and now AEW is my home. Time flies like a bullet. Leave the memories alone, indeed.
Then why you here at your old home ? You haven't paid rent in years. Get out. Go back to your aew shit hole while you still have it. 😅😅
Best year in wwe history year 2000.
Every year is one of the biggest years in pop culture
And it doesn't make sense.
We were so lucky to have such awesome looking title belts in this era. Especially the big gold belt.
Oh yeah! I liked the undisputed title myself
Even though I started watching WWE in 2010 I watched matches to learn what I needed to know at the time WWE in the 2000’s is my favourite to watch even to this day
Thank god I didn't watch WWE in 2010 (until now) because I quit watching it in 2007 but I agree with your comment.
@@brianburnswildcat I started watching wwe during this time and it still is my favorite time as a wrestling fan cena is my idol

@@brianburnswildcat what’s so funny dude
@@trewilliams8411 2007 is your favorite time to be alive because John Cena is your hero, idol, and only kryptonite in WWE, especially when he was the WWE champion? I like John Cena too. But, don't make me laugh.
This is gold! I joined the military in 2002 and totally missed some of the most legendary wrestlers of the last two decades. Now I can catch up on some good lore. Thank you.
The last best decade in wrestling, even though I stopped watching WWE in '07, Superstars like John Cena, Edge, Kurt Angle, Brock Lesnar, Eddie Guerrero, Rey Mysterio, Chris Benoit, Randy Orton, Jeff Hardy, Chris Jericho, Shawn Michaels, Batista, The Undertaker, The Rock, Kane, JBL, Triple H, and more big stars defined the 2000s and they defined what real wrestling what it is today. From the final days of the attitude era to the brand extension, moving forward to the ruthless aggression era, to the Cena/Edge rivalry, etc. A decade of hard work, going extreme, being the top guy, being the ultimate opportunist, etc. WWE during the 00s have great rivalries and memorable moments and John Cena is the most popular WWE superstar of the entire decade.
In my channel, here's one guy on Plotagon who is not a professional wrestling fan, Mr. Hank.

The 2000s was probably the most entertaining, Wildest, and fascinating decades in wrestling.

@@michaelmiller4105 yes
@@JaquanWilliams-lf8de No. Attitude Era (97-99) was by FAR the most entertaining, wildest, and fascinating. 2000s were excellent but pale in comparison.
@@Adam_Outdoors I grew up watching late 90's/00's WWE and I definitely wouldn't say that the Ruthless Aggression era pales in comparison to the Attitude era. So many amazing memories.
What ever era you grew up in is gonna be your favorite era. It’s personal preference
1997-2001 were peak wwe years.
seems like those were the peak years for just about everything is the US
In the world. Imagine being in Tokyo at this time. Or Paris. It was good times
Exactly.
(1997-2001) that was the attitude era years
I still don’t understand why in the world that ruthless aggression era (2002-2007)didn’t give enough credit ..
90s and 00s wrestling are the best two decades for pro wrestling
For the invasion angle, Vince should have bought out even just 1 big contract. Goldberg or Sting or even Nash. Then had Y2J go back to WCW. And for goodness sake actually booked DDP and Booker as legit contenders.
I was Born in ‘98, so of course Attitude Aggression is My Era. While most of my Homies Favorites were CENA, BATISTA, & HARDY, mine was RANDY💯 And seeing where he started and where He is Today, The LEGEND KILLER Has become an Absolute LEGEND Himself. HBK's comeback match in 2002 was in Texas Wrestling Academy, but we don't talk about that...

This era was fucking lit 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
The 2000’s saw the Attitude Era, Ruthless Aggression Era and PG Era
This was my childhood. A truly underrated decade overall and even in wrestling in favor of the 1990s. 2000-2009.
WWE was awesome and fun to watch during the 2000s, what a time to be alive. From the final days of the Attitude era to the brand extension to the HBK/HHH rivalry to the Cena/Edge rivalry to the Cena/Orton rivalry and despite Edge traumatizes me, despite Triple H from 2002-2005 on RAW traumatizes me as WWE's final boss, and John Cena, Jeff Hardy, Shawn Michaels, Rey Mysterio, The Undertaker and Batista were my true heroes. There were so many great moments like Eddie Guerrero winning the WWE Championship, jumping off the top of the steel cage, performing the frog splash, The Old Stone Cold returns, stunning the entire McMahon family, Cena and Batista winning world titles at WrestleMania 21, Y2J becoming the 1st ever WWE Undisputed champion of defeating The Rock and "Stone Cold" Steve Austin on the same night, Brock Lesnar and The Big Show destroyed the ring, Edge cashes in Money in The Bank (which causes me to break my TV), there were so many memorable moments. I grew up watching SD year by year, that decade made me a professional wrestling fan. I always love professional wrestling! Here my WWE 2000s awards.

Kane vs Jericho is the quintessential WWF attitude era match. Discuss
2007-2009 are some of my favorite years of wrestling 2007 was the year I started watching and haven’t stopped since I appreciate the content you provide!
I love how he says a 1 1/2 years when he got the championship inaugurally in i assume august September before unforgiven most likely but triple H had the big gold bet till 2005 at WrestleMania he lost it a few times to people he thought deserved it but there are more graves for triple H then the undertaker
Two weeks before the 2006 survivor series I watched my first smackdown and I was 9 years old King Booker vs Batista is my favorite angle of all time
the end of the attitude era was basically after wrestlemania 18
Exactly. 1997-2002
I wish the attitude era never ends. And Steve Austin never turns heel in 2001
You think? Steve Austin's heel turn in 2001 is one of my favorites.

The boom period started to go down
@@milkohristovmusic I didn't know that, I started watching wrestling in the summer of 1998, I love "Stone Cold" Steve Austin but you are just like the angry fans, complaining, whining, moaning, sighing, and bitching like brats that didn't get what they want at Walmart since SCSA turned heel which causes the end of the attitude era, so at the end of your comment, I disagree with you.
@@milkohristovmusic Also, every butthurt wrestling fan can't stop complaining like a man.
Backlash 2000 is my earliest memory I had just turned 4 I remember going to the Comcast store to buy a ppv box of some sort and watching the whole ppv because I was a massive rock fan and had heard that stone cold was coming to help the rock
Probably the best video ive ever seen over 2 hours long. Great to relive some childhood moments

I was born in 91, so I grew up directly through the heart of the Attitude Era. But it was interesting.
The only ones on free TV through the 90s was WCW. So we strictly watched Nitro until the 2000s. Was all Sting, Goldberg and the Wolfpac.
Then we got Sky. Meaning my teens was this era of WWE and TNA too occasionally. Got to watch all this semi-live(late) and Stings return over TNA.
Two damn good eras to grow through.
In response to Summerslam at 1:54:00
Rey vs Eddie storyline about Eddie being Dom's father, we're still talking about it! It was a great storyline, one of the best!!
Michael Hickenbottom; everybody saw how much of a crybaby shawn was in the ring because of his antics. Michael Hickenbottom made himself look like the biggest fool you've ever seen
I've been watching since 1990. The only guy, out of the five in the thumbnail for this video that I don't instantly fast forward when they appear on my screen is the Undertaker. The Cena, Batista, Orton era is what killed my fandom for WWE and forced me to seek out Alternatives like ROH.
21:22 This is why Kane is the best monster ever. you barely catch it here but look at that bump. Look how he is going to fall after his feet hit the ground. Somehow like, he's been killed, but like he's immortal. Like Jason. So stylised and on-character. with Kane, every movement could only have been Kane. He was one of the best physical actors ever, in any mode of theatre.
You realize Taker did it first right?
@@Spooky_515
No. He didn't. Taker had presence and his own style, but he didn't move like Kane in the ring. Nobody did. Mechanical, human and monstrous. Nobody did that. Before or since. It's a subtle difference but Kane is a better physical actor. Note that Kane was the lead monster in a legitimate horror movie. Not Undertaker.
The 2000's was the last great decade for WWE and the wrestling
finally we're talking about the 2000a thanks wrestle with Andy
carlito, JBL, and kurt angle were the funniest heels i saw in early 2000s on smackdown
2000's till 2015 was the Greatest times of WWE
I just started the video, but it’s crazy to me how much well-known and/or HoF talent debuted/ascended/transferred over from other companies (WCW, ECW, etc) during the late 90s-early 2000s (late New-Attitude Eras) I just finished the 90s era video, but so far the list is as follows (will make edits as I finish the video):
Stone Cold Steve Austin
The Rock
The Undertaker
Tripe H
Kane
Chyna
Degeneration X/New Age Outlaws (X-Pac/Road Dogg/Billy Gunn)
Kurt Angle
Mark Henry
The Big Show
APA
Chris Jericho
The Dudley Boyz
The Hardy Boyz
Edge
Christian
Lita
Trish Status
Ivory
William Regal
Chris Benoit
Eddie Guerrero
Tazz
Rikishi
DDP
Booker
Tommy Dreamer
Rhyno
RVD
Brock Lesnar
John Cena
Rey Mysterio
Hell, even Hulk Hogan, Shawn Michaels, Ric Flair, Scott Hall, and Kevin Nash came back to WWF/E, alongside former WCW and ECW owners Eric Bischoff and Paul Heyman, respectively. What an absolutely stacked roster.
It’s a shame that like the New Generation Era coming to an end with Bret Hart leaving WWF, the same happened with the Attitude Era with Stone Cold Steve Austin leaving.
1997-2007 is the best decade in wrestling
kane deserved another world title around the end of the attitude era & he shouldve won that royal rumble against austin
