    I need to be involved in a group for some motivation! I have been having a hard time staying motivated after 15 pound weight loss. I was forced into a break for health reasons , ( iron deficiency anemia) had me on my ass . lol but I’m trying to get back into the groove ! HELP! lol

    is It 1 30 min session per day or I cna for expample 3 x 30 min sessions per day? or maybe it is too often?

      I guess it depends how quickly you want to loose weight and time up. Personally I prefer the slow, steady and consistency approach. I've lost 3inch over 6 months, excersise for 30 min everyday, reduced ultra processed food from my diet and improved my whole food plant based diet, so I now feel better, sleep better, my clothes fit again and I'm less stressed all because I trusted the process and decided not to put pressure on myself

      @@pawestarowicz3640 my partner will sometimes do the workouts with me on his days off so I don't see why not. We do a mixture of these and team body project workouts

      What's wrong with that, @Fitroshan9? Regular physical activity is even more important as we age. It helps with muscle and bones strength. It even enhances balance, cardio, and cognitive abilities.
