Have a local shop perform the K24 swap. You can source the complete swap kit from shops like Ballade, or 2NRS. Schmuck is the only complete F2K turbo kit available. So I would have them do the turbo kit, fuel and tuning at their shop.

About 4K rpm, get the twin scroll manifold so it won’t boost creep.
