Bullets from neighbor's backyard shooting range hit woman's home

- A person firing an AK-47 part of target practice on their home missed the target a few times -- sending bullets into a neighbor's home, according to an investigative report. Turns out, the berms weren't up to code.

This is why you go to a shooting range or out in the middle of nowhere never in a neighborhood. They better fix that lady's stuff.
Know this guy is just stupid most people that have shooting range in the backyard make sure it's up to date they have barriers behind like come on man
They had a shooting range out in a somewhat rural area, but they didn't quite have the right equipment to stop all the bullets from hitting the neighbor's house. Good thing it didn't hit a neighbor.
@RevTox Right! I'm so glad it did not hit anyone, but they need to make sure this never happens again. They still need to pay to fix her stuff.

Our backyard is a makeshift shooting range. 1 acre or more and your allowed. I agree though no .223 rounds or 556. 9mm is more than fine to protect your home and you. Plus it won't go thru burms like a smaller 9mm will. It's that most of these folks are drunk stupid and playing with guns which is beyond stupid. You wanna drink don't play with guns. 😢
They don’t regulate private shooting ranges. So if the stray round had killed her you wouldn’t have looked into it?

At least once a year this happens by my area in Ocala. But i really think folks be doing this on purpose. Plus there's always alcohol involved

An AK-47 isn't even a powerful round and doesn't travel near as far. It has a little less power than the old 30 30 lever action rounds.
