    This is the best explanation and modifications I have found yet. Dealing with knee pain after a fall a year ago, I have just been wearing my brace and not doing the full range of motion of a lunge, but still experiencing pain at that. I’m going to start with the split squats while I continue to rehab. This feels like a game changer for me. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

    My pain is at the back knee (knee of the leg at the back) , my previous PT told me use massage gun to loosen the muscle around my knee but it doesn’t help much
