“Some is good, more is not better.” (Thanks for this one, Erin Carson🫶🏻)
For climbing down the stairs, can you show some videos on how to do it correctly Chondromalacia Patellae developed after accident then arthroscopy and again ACL injury - a person with this history is very active and agile physically playing all sports, but feels difficulty, stiffness sometimes, while climbing down. For this person climbing up even upto 5-6floors is very easy. Some suggestions please.
Jumping down the box is against gravitational force, as while trying to stand up from squat position, higher load is away from centre of gravity. While jumping on the box, we half squat means heavier weight is towards the CG, so it’s easier & hurts less.
Hey Reload Pt, Any content on Baker’s Cyst?
My pain is at the back knee (knee of the leg at the back) , my previous PT told me use massage gun to loosen the muscle around my knee but it doesn’t help much
Carnivore diet fixes arthritis
"Why muscle mass matters" may face opposition due to: Not everyone sees the necessity: Some argue that building muscle isn't essential for health and longevity, considering it a waste of time and energy that could potentially lead to injury. Risk of injury: Increasing muscle mass isn't suitable for everyone, especially those with health issues like heart disease or diabetes. Overexertion in exercise may pose injury risks and harm health. Pressure for an idealized body image: Overemphasis on muscle building can perpetuate unrealistic body ideals, particularly in fitness communities, leading to psychological pressure and body image issues. Restricted mobility: Excessive muscle mass might limit flexibility and mobility, especially in older individuals, affecting balance and increasing the risk of falls.

This is a terrible method that puts too much strain on the lower back
This is the best explanation and modifications I have found yet. Dealing with knee pain after a fall a year ago, I have just been wearing my brace and not doing the full range of motion of a lunge, but still experiencing pain at that. I’m going to start with the split squats while I continue to rehab. This feels like a game changer for me. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
Smart approach
Way too much squat there. More hinge less squat.
I am here for the glutes

Love the 'break the bell' (humerus external rotation) instruction to flly engage the latissimus dorsi!! Do you maintain this lat engagement throughout? TIA
Yours seemed to be more of a squat than what I’ve seen others do. I like this way, but so many people insist this is improper technique, and that there should be less squat and more hip hinge. Thoughts?
Is this not an American KB swing and a KB Swing should be more of a hip hinge and only slightly bent knees with the shoulders not doing any work, and the drive coming from the hips to actually get the KB up, with the shoulders and arms acting as a pendulum?
If you squat, you will break the alignment of your back and therefore loose power of your posterior chain.
Definitely depends on *how* running is done methinks!

Thank you!😊
